Jambiya fires a green white blast at one of the circling, squawking birds. Feathers fly as the blast hits. The creature is pushed upward, but then falls, its descent hidden by the peak as it falls on the other side.
Erric, the other will be within range sooner or later, go ahead and roll.
5 more of the birds appear, squawking and seeming very upset. They are staying up above, not seeming to notice the minor image.
Erric's squawk with the horn is going to be particularly loud, trying to get their attention. (It's a WIS 13 saving throw, so I'll let you roll that seeing as I don't know the birds' wisdom bonuses!)
The damage will be: 2
If the birds stay away, Erric will begin to look at his shortbow and wonder if it would put him in range. He'll also ask, "should one of us climb up? They do seem distracted and the rest of us should be able to drop them if they try to divebomb the climber..."
"I can cover someone from here, I've got the range!" Jambiya calls out. Since the birds aren't attacking, and this is what the party is doing, she will take another shot at one of the birds. She's wary of the one that "fell" in case it is swinging around to peck her eyes out, but she wants to get this over with.
OOC > If she can get another Eldritch Blast off... I keep spoilering it so that the result doesn't influence anyone if we are not, in fact, in combat and she can't get another one off...

Anafrey is going to draw back another arrow and after blowing a bit of white hair from her face, she would let loose another arrow towards the circling birds.

Of the six birds now circling the peak, four fly down at the party, seeming to ignore the bird mirage and perhaps are attracted to Erric's crazy bird call.
Jambiya's post will take effect on her turn.
Maldorn fires at bird #2 as the small flock approaches. It's a good hit, and the bird falls to the ground. The remaining three, not seeing Erric or Anafrey in the tent, head for the three huddled behind the tent.
1=Maldorn, 2=Ebokk, 3=Jambiya
The first bird goes for (1) Maldorn. (bite attack: 19, damage: 3 piercing damage) The hunter is able to fend off the attack by swing his bow at the creature.
The second bird flies in, attempting to bite (1) Jambiya. (bite attack: 7, damage: 6 piercing damage — Sorry, forgot to roll at advantage: 11. Oh, wait, never mind. If the first bird came straight at Maldorn, it wouldn't be within 5 feet of Jambiya, so the second bird wouldn't have advantage. Ignore the second roll.) The goblin girl ducks, and the hawk attempts to bite her through her armor, but cannot penetrate the leather.
The third bird flies in, attempting to bite (3) Maldorn. (bite attack: 20, damage: 4 piercing damage) Ebokk throws up his shield (reaction: negating the advantage) and blocks the third bird's attempt to attack Maldorn.
Ebokk lets out a "Gah!" as he continues to try to dodge any incoming attacks, while also ready to use his shield to protect an ally near him.
Jambiya fires another eldritch blast, this one at the furthest bird attacking Maldorn. It hits, causing the bird to squawk angrily, but it doesn't seem to be too hurt.
Erric & Anafrey, you're up!
Maldorn, Ebokk and Jambiya (in that order) are being harrowed by three birds flying around their heads attempting to bite them. Erric and Anafrey are inside the tent and will need to exit the tent to do anything to the birds who are above/behind the tent they are in. There are still two birds flying around the peak, but they haven't yet shown interest in flying lower. So, two birds (1 & 3) are in melee range of Maldorn. Birds 2 & 3 are in melee range of Jambiya. Once outside the tent, the birds will be 10 feet away from Anafrey and Erric unless they move closer or farther away.
Erric hears the flock descending outside and exits the tent, pulling his bow up and nocking an arrow. He fires right at the one that got close to Jambiya:

"Thank you, master dwarf!" Maldorn says to Ebokk for the help in defending. Then, he tries to repay in kind. Instead of pulling another arrow from his quiver, Maldorn uses his bow as an improvised club. That bird is just to close for the ranger to do anything else!

The first of the two remaining birds attacks (1=Maldorn, 2=Ebokk, 3=Jambiya: 1) (bite attack: 14, damage: 5 piercing damage) The bird's beak leaves a painful gash in Maldorn's shoulder. It then flies away to rejoin the other two circling the peak. (Maldorn and Jambiya may choose to make an opportunity attack.)
The second of the two remaining birds attacks (1=Maldorn, 2=Ebokk, 3=Jambiya: 3) (bite attack: 22, damage: 4 piercing damage) The bird misses and then flies away to rejoin the other two circling the peak. (If she did not use her reaction to attack the first bird, Jambiya may choose to make an opportunity attack.)
Let me know about the possible opportunity attacks. On his turn, Ebokk will continue to dodge. Erric has posted what he wants to do. Jambiya and Anafrey, go ahead as well.

For her regular turn, she will draw her fine-bladed elven dagger™ to have ready and will shoot an Eldritch Blast at the retreating bird (the one that attacked her)
Erric will ready a vicious mockery for the closest bird he can see, in the form of a big horn squawk.
The next round he will recast the minor illusion a few feet farther up the slope to make the large bird of prey look like it jumped closer to the top.

Erric makes a huge honking noise, but the magic doesn't seem to harm any of the birds.
Anafrey, what would you like to do this "round"?
Anafrey is going to draw back another arrow and after blowing a bit of white hair from her face, she would let loose another arrow towards the circling birds.
Attack: 9 Damage: 4
Anafrey, it seems that hair is more a hindrance than you realized. Your arrow goes flying off into the great beyond.
Round 3
Maldorn, you're up. Then we get to see what the birds are up to.
Maldorn prepares an arrow for any hawk that comes flying from above, towards either the party of Erric's illusion.

Erric hears the flock descending outside and exits the tent, pulling his bow up and nocking an arrow. He fires right at the one that got close to Jambiya:
Attack: 22 Damage: 5
Erric's arrow cuts across the back of the blood hawk. The creature looks very hurt, but is still attacking.
Anafrey would grumble at the loss of the arrow before scrambling out of the tent. She would turn and attempt to launch an arrow flying around Maldorn.
Attack: 22 Damage: 8
Anafrey's arrow takes out the bloodhawk Jambiya had harmed. One bird down!
Back around to Maldorn!
One bird is in front of Ebokk (in melee of Maldorn, Ebokk and Jambiya) and one bird is in front of Jambiya (in melee with Ebokk and Jambiya).
"Thank you, master dwarf!" Maldorn says to Ebokk for the help in defending. Then, he tries to repay in kind. Instead of pulling another arrow from his quiver, Maldorn uses his bow as an improvised club. That bird is just to close for the ranger to do anything else!
