"Aggh!!" Anafrey would yell as she is pummeled once again. As blood trickles down her face she would snarl and swing again towards Thrak while continuing to hold on tightly to the orc.
Attack: 18 Damage: 10
OOC: If that hits, Anafrey would try to disarm Thrak with a DC13 strength saving throw as a bonus action.
Erric, the phantasm is implanted in the grimlock's mind for one minute, or as long as you hold concentration (we both have to remember that), the grimlock is plagued by the spell unless it decides to "examine the phantasm with an Intelligence (Investigation) check". If you intended the creature to follow the grimlock, it will. If you only intended the grimlock to feel on fire because of the creature, that is what will continue.

Yeah Erric would want the creature to stay put, and deter the grimlock from returning, but the fire to feel like it stuck to the the grimlock, for 6 psychic damage this round.
He uses his bonus action to cast healing word to heal Jambiya for 4 hp.
For his action, Erric says, "Grimlock?! More like DIMlock!"and casts vicious mockery on the grimlock closest to him and Jambiya. This is probably all of them, but I have no idea so feel free to pick.
He also glances down quickly at Jamibya and says, "things are a bit weird, but we'll get out of this!"

STR save: 13
In retaliation for her own injury, Anafrey swings her magical flail at the orc, attempting to disarm him. Unfortunately, she only hits him with a glancing blow, and he easily holds onto his own weapon. (-3 hp)
Erric, speaking quickly, first evokes an incantation of healing to the little goblin girl between his feet, magically raising her to consciousness once again (+5 hp). The bard then attempts to enchant (1=G1, 2=G3, 3=G4: 1) the grimlock ahead and to his right and prone on the floor. (WIS save DC13: 17) The creature visible winces and moans a little as it takes psychic damage from the verbal attack.
Erric, you need to roll damage on that attack.
The grimlocks behind attempting to pound Erric into the ground with their homemade axes. (G1 stone handaxe attack: 19, damage: 5 non-lethal slashing damage) Miss! The prone grimlock gets to its feet and attacks. (G3 stone handaxe attack: 19, damage: 5 non-lethal slashing damage) Miss! (G4 stone handaxe attack: 7, damage: 8 non-lethal slashing damage) Erric is dodging a weaving, but the third swing catches him off guard, and the heavy weapon slams into the side of his head painfully, but he's still on his feet! The grimlock that knocked out Jack sidles up to stand over his slaughtered friend and also swings at the bard. (G6 stone handaxe attack: 21, damage: 9 non-lethal slashing damage) Erric blinks at the stars in his vision and is able to dodge the final attack as well.
Maldorn, you're up! You can see G3, G4 and G6 from where you are. G3 is hurt (however much Erric rolls for that vicious mockery attack above), but the other two are uninjured.
Revision due to luck: (G4 stone handaxe attack: 15, damage: 9 non-lethal slashing damage) — Still hits
Maldorn misses
Thrakk ignores the dwarf and swings again at Anafrey. (war pick attack: 20, damage: 4 non-lethal piercing damage) Once again, the orc is able to land a blow, but once again, the woman is able to minimize the damage.
Even more determined, Ebokk swings again at Thrakk. (warhammer attack: 21, damage: 6 bludgeoning damage) This time, his aim is better. "Stop hitting Anafrey!"

Anafreys head would rock backwards as she absorbs another blow.. even move blood trickling down her face. A smile forms on her had as her grip tighens even tighter.. refusing to let go as she swings her flail once more.
Thrakk dodges Anafrey's attack and grins down at her. "Give up, puny upworlder." Anafrey hears the voice in her head, but it is not one she recognizes.
Jambiya, you are up! You have to crawl out from under Erric in order to do anything. Or you can stand up beside him, but then you have to move out of his space before the end of your turn. You can move five feet to your left and then would be in a kind of corner in melee with G1, G6 and Erric. G3 and G4 would get an AoO on you. You could crawl backward five feet and be in melee with Erric, G4 and Maldorn. G1, G3 and G6 would get an AoO. You could crawl backward 10 feet and be in melee with Maldorn and Anafrey. All four of the grimlocks would get an AoO on you.

OOC > Sorry for the delay!
Jambiya rolls on to her hands and knees and crawls out from under Erric, then stands and runs the ten feet to Maldorn and Anafrey, nimbly dodging any swipes that come her way! Once there, she turns and blasts one of them with coruscating green and white eldritch energy. "Why does everyone want to fight us?!!"
Move: Crawl, stand, run, 15' to stand, 10' to get there, so should be able to make it. Bonus Action: Nimble Escape (goblin feature) to Disengage as a Bonus Action Action: Cast Eldritch Blast at G3. 25 to hit, for 5 force damage
Reaction: If one of them hits her, she will blow a slot on Hellish Rebuke for 15 fire damage (or half on Dex Save vs DC 13)
EDIT: I think the forum dice hate Jambiya. I rolled 16 out of a possible 60 this round.
Jambiya scurries away, using her lithe, goblin form to easily slip out of the grimlock's view and scramble south to stand up beside Maldorn. She turns and — frustrated — throws a blast of magical energy at the nearest grimlock, but her aim is off, and the green white energy explodes against the cave wall instead.
Erric, you're up! G1, G3, G4, and G6 are all in melee with you. G3 is the only one injured. And you're still concentrating on phantasmal force.

Now is the time to use mantle of inspiration! Erric’s form pulses with a faint warm glow, and Jambiya, Anafrey, and Erric get 5 temp hp and their full movement as reaction without incurring AoOs (believe those are the most injured/vulnerable PCs? Maldorn hasn’t been hit and he’s not in melee with anyone, and Ebokk is just in melee with Thrakk? Anafrey probably doesn’t want to move but she’s been hit, and maybe she can shift to flank Thrakk with Ebokk to turn the tide?). Erric moves away from the grimlocks, hopefully in tandem with Jambiya back to Maldorn so the party can protect itself, maybe make use of bottlenecks, etc. Action is to cast vicious mockery at the nearest grimlock, making fun of its nose for 1 psychic damage etc.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Erric moves five feet south. Jambiya cannot move anywhere but 10 feet north to be back in melee with the grimlocks. And Anafrey can't really move anywhere. The tunnel is really just five feet wide.
WIS save DC13: 13
Your mockery is ignored.
Erric, you need to roll for your continued phantasmal force.
G1 and G6 move forward to stand shoulder to shoulder with G4, and all three swing their axes at Erric. (G1 stone handaxe attack: 17, damage: 7 non-lethal slashing damage) (G6 stone handaxe attack: 25, damage: 9 non-lethal slashing damage) (G4 stone handaxe attack: 7, damage: 9 non-lethal slashing damage) Erric ducks under the first swing, parries the second attack, but moves just a little too slowly to block the third, and it catches the bard on the shoulder. As he is recovering, G3 steps forward between G6 and G4 and swings its axe at Erric. (G3 stone handaxe attack: 17, damage: 9 non-lethal slashing damage) The final attack knocks Erric on the top of the head, and the halfling goes down. The grimlock then steps over Erric's prone form, ready to attack Jambiya next.
Maldorn, you're up! G3, Jambiya and Anafrey are in melee with you. I will allow you to shoot at G4 and G6 without disadvantage.

Sorry... can't Erric move farther away from the grimlocks down the tunnel back to Maldorn and the group? (Esp with: "Halfling Nimbleness You can move through the space of any creature that is of a size larger than yours." and Jambiya also being small and nimble...)
I realize there's no map, and would be too difficult to make one up, but Erric should have been able to get out of harm's way, if there's any benefit of the doubt to be given, esp with what the intention was. We're at the mercy of what's in the theater of the mind so just be assured Erric would have made use of any chance he had to get away from the giant things trying to club him to death, to get back to the safety of his party with the use of the mantle of inspiration.
There isn't room. Everyone was basically choked up at the end of the tunnel ready to enter the cave when the grimlocks appeared. The only space created was by Jambiya moving past Erric to enter the cave first.
Also, you feel your phantasmal force spell fizzle out. You assume the creature's mind is no longer accessible to you.
AWESOME STUFF!
Jack's sacrifice in bringing the torch closer really paid off! Go Jack!
Now we need to heal Jambiya.
Erric's top priority now, don't worry! Also Maldorn dropping one looming above Erric was heroic! Maybe he can do it again :)

Go ahead and take your turn, Erric!

Sorry, can't believe I forgot! Vicious mockery damage: 2
Maldorn starts by passing own his hunter's mark to the grimlock that just stood back up (bonus action).
As he nocks another arrow, he encourages his halfling friend to keep dodging: "Keep doing what your are doing, Erric!"
-> Longbow (sharpshooter) vs. Grimlock (G3): Attack: 15 Damage: 21 piercing.
This time, the ranger pulls a little too hard on his bowstring.
“Uhhh..?” Jambiya moans, a hand to her head. “Wha..?” she says as Erric, standing over her protectively gets pummeled by grimlocks!
