Anafrey would stand behind Jam and place her hand on the goblins shoulder. "Go ahead and count then if you like." she would add as she gives Jam a Grin and a nod.
The leader looks momentarily wary, then slightly disappointed, but finally appears to concede. His eyes wash over the group again, and, again, linger on Thrakk's unconscious form. "I will send some of my kin to collect the bodies." He nods at Thrakk. "Dead?" After being told that the orc is only unconscious, the elder nods. "That is good. You have survived your trial."
"Trial? A trial for what?" Maldorn looks surprised at Ebokk, as if he was the one putting the party through the trial. "Are the derro the ones controlling the orc?"
Maldorn waits until the derro clarify what they meant with the whole "trial" business. He is still looking at Ebokk, since he is the one speaking words he can understand: "The grimlocks were a trial for Thrumbs over there? The other way around? Or perhaps they were both a trial for something else?"
Jambiya cocks her head. In Dwarvish, to the derro, "Trial? If we have passed a trial, what have we won?" She leaves the others in their confusion for the moment.

"As promised," the derro elder says, "in exchange for seven heads — ears — you may choose seven treasures." He extends an arm and turns slowly, drawing attention to the boots lining every inch of the base of the wall.
"We get to choose seven boots," Ebokk says, sounding almost affronted.
Erric tries, again, his enthralling performance on the derro elder, as well as anyone he's conversed with on the derro side, and anyone who's been looking at the party suspiciously. (I'm guessing since Thrakk is unconscious, he is not an option here.)
Enthralling performance:
If you perform for at least 1 minute, you can attempt to inspire wonder in your audience by singing, reciting a poem, or dancing. At the end of the performance, choose a number of humanoids within 60 feet of you who watched and listened to all of it, up to a number equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one). Each target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or be charmed by you. While charmed in this way, the target idolizes you, it speaks glowingly of you to anyone who talks to it, and it hinders anyone who opposes you, although it avoids violence unless it was already inclined to fight on your behalf. This effect ends on a target after 1 hour, if it takes any damage, if you attack it, or if it witnesses you attacking or damaging any of its allies.
If a target succeeds on its saving throw, the target has no hint that you tried to charm it.
WIS 13 save.
"So we look at boots. Okay then. Any advice? Are there any special boots? We love magic treasures."Erric begins slowly looking through the boots, as well as anything else in the room, trying his best to find anything that might at all resemble something magical that Skadoula had in mind for Anafrey. He looks inside each boot, and underneath them. He looks back at the party. "Well, come on now. Let's find our treasures. Once again, having a normal one."

If permitted, and with cigarette in-lips, Maldorn takes a general look at the available "treasures," hoping to spot something of value or otherwise interesting. He wasn't allowed to do so earlier, but given permission, he tries again.

"So seven boots.. or seven pairs of boots?" Anafrey would ask before looking towards the piles of shoes. "I suppose we better try to find some that look really nice and expensive.." she would say before looking hard for any that seem exceptionally well made or clean.

“Trial? What does he mean by trial, Ebokk?”
Erric begins to play his lute calmly, and softly. But loud enough for the derro to hear. (Let me know when it’s been a minute.)
The dwarf appears to replay in his head what he just translated. "I guess he considered fighting the grimlocks a type of trial?"
"Trial? A trial for what?" Maldorn looks surprised at Ebokk, as if he was the one putting the party through the trial. "Are the derro the ones controlling the orc?"
Ebokk jerks his head at Thrakk in surprise.
"Jambiya, what now?" Erric mutters, in between bars of the song. (Has it been a minute yet?)

"It better be something good.. my head still hurts." Anafrey would reply as she rubs the head wound she received from Thrak.
An anxious Maldorn lights a regular tobacco cigarette.
