(@Grx: Let's call it an athletics check, making your roll a 15).
(@Ori: Speaking of athletics checks, could you clarify where the advantage in yours came from?)
Doozey picks up the bagpipes and goes upstairs to recruit some help. Graxx does not hesitate, sprinting into the cargo hold and hoisting two barrels of water pointed out by the halfling. He places them by the base of the staircase and then turns back to pick up two more. These, he takes upstairs himself.
While this is happening, Utar and Neya catch up on the deck. They each share the information they gathered within the last minute or so. The villagers are all now up on the deck as well. All six of them, including Ulburto, are in varying degrees of hurt, though they all seem capable to move as needed. It is safe to assume they are not ready to brave the fire, however.
Doozey then dedicates the few seconds he just bought to examine the trunk in Ixas' quarters. A brief glance is enough to reveal a not-so-discreet thread connecting the inside of the locking mechanism securing the trunk and something inside the trunk itself. Doozey clips the string with his spare shortsword and uses the blade again to force the lock open. It takes all of his strength to do so, but the halfling finally bends one of the metal parts just enough to succeed.
In general terms, here's what Doozey finds inside the trunk:
Assuming the party will eventually spend the time to count and examine the coins and gems, here is a list of what they actually are. If you rather not know until the party studies them, please refrain from opening the spoiler box below. Items not detailed here will have to be examined separately, including the dracolich statuette.
Before leaving the trunk behind, Doozey takes a quick glance at the trap that was waiting for him. The now cut string was connected to a release-mechanism and a spring, which would then force shaving razor into the hands of anyone grabbing the trunk's lid in an attempt to open it.
(@Lerus: The advantage would be from using the shortsword as a improvised crowbar, and laboring under the belief of it conferring the same/similiar benefits as the actual items. Sorry for not clarifying that sooner. Thankfully, even if not accepted as conferring said benefits, that first roll was the 15. Thank havens for small favors.)
With the exception of the common clothes, Doozey puts everything else away in his pack in short order. Only the magical scrolls and potion of healing are given considerable amount of extra care, as to avoid accidentally damaging them during transport. He doesn't even make it half way through the coins afterwards before realizing a fatal flaw in his plan.
Just as quickly as the realization donned on him, the stoutling is on pushing forward with the ill-conceived notion of abandoning his scimitar and torches at the very least, pulling off the nearby sheets to form a layered hopefully thick enough to handle what hopefully only amounted over a hundred pounds in coin.
All in all, the process is agonizingly time consuming for the stoutling. But trusting Graxx to buy the time needed, he continued shuffled what coin he could after tipping the chest over and onto the sheets, before wrapping it up, and tying off the bundle with rope. From there, he would at least begin to drag the bundle away. A task easier said then done while on a rocking ship, avoiding snags, sidestepping Biscuit AGAIN, and... and using the time it took to get out on Deck to figure out how to get the stupid bundle AND Biscuit across the divide.
A lesser hunter would've crumbled under the task... Doozey hardened his expression, refusing to sink back to that state....
"Nothing good, but something that might be better coming with us."
Seeing the villagers milling on the deck and with Doozey's words ringing in his ears, Utar crosses the deck and lifts himself onto the rails, straddling between the two ships.
Dropping the sack containing the statue gently onto the deck of the Audacity, Utar draws himself up and cups his hands around his mouth.
"WE NEED TO GET OFF THIS SHIP, FORM A LINE AND I'LL HELP YOU ACROSS."
He then prepares to start lifting and supporting the villagers onto the slightly less immediate danger of the Audacity.
Graxx thinks of the fallen mounts and those considered more than a mount and has disdain toward the villagers. They required payment just to allow CRAP to help them so far. He sarcastically thinks about how they'll probably charge them just to allow CRAP to save them from this ship. Ungrateful swine...
"WE DON'T HAVE MUCH TIME" says Graxx
Graxx will dump the barrels onto the fire trying to stall the fire.
Neya uses her grappling hook to climb onto the Audacity, taking advantage of the bones that cover the hull, and begins helping the villagers onto the lifeboats.
(@Ori: Thanks for clarifying. Since it is not a proper crowbar, let's say it does not bestow advantage. Also, thanks for going through all the inventory management there! I appreciate the attention to detail.)
The relentless halfling uses the left over bedding to assist his looting plan. His backpack is full to the brim, and dragging the heavy bed-sheet full of coin in addition to that is quite the task (Doozey's speed is reduced to 5 feet). At the cost of his supply of torches and his second back-up weapon, enough space and strength are mustered. By the time the hunter manages to get out on the deck again, the scene that awaits him is completely different.
While internally debating whether saving these villagers is a worthy cause, Graxx goes through the motions of bringing the last two barrels of water upstairs. This second batch takes a lot longer to bring up, as the ship's structure has now received enough damage for it to rock more intensely. Up on the deck again and now armed with four barrels, the barbarian cracks them open with the help of one of his handaxes and carries them over to the fire, one by one. The boat shifts once more and, in a strike of bad luck, re-settles at an angle that favors the flames. They begin to lick the sails and gain in size. Graxx eventually pours all the water he brought up, but there is quite a bit of wastage. He wins the immediate battle by managing to slowdown the flames around one of the masts, but the fire is clearly still going to win this war (you've gained 1 extra minute).
On the other end of the moral spectrum, Utar foregoes any notion of treasure or firefighting in this moment and focus on bringing the villagers to relative safety. He is relative close to the flames and the heat is getting to be more than just a bit uncomfortable. He endures and carefully lays his statuette aside for now. Luckily, the villagers don't need any convincing. The fisherfolk know when a boat is compromised. One by one they approach the railing and, with Utar's help, skip onto the Audacity. Even Ulburto accepts the half-orc's help, in spite of his pride. All villagers are safe on the Audacity's deck after some time. Utar collects his bundle once again and helps move everyone away from the flames.
Before Utar completes his task, Neya sees what he is doing and tries to help in her own way. She snags her grappling hook on the safer ship and prepares to hop over. Unfortunately, she miscalculates her jump and instead of swinging aboard the Audacity, she hangs from it, almost touching the sea below. She manages to climb back up but a lot of her time is wasted. She is now on the bone ship's deck, along with Utar and the villagers, but has not yet helped split them onto the two available rowboats.
All of this has used up a lot of CRAP's precious minutes on The Third Dracolich. Even after considering Graxx's efforts, you cannot have more than a few minutes left. Utar, Neya, Ulburto, the other five villagers, and the dracolich statuette are all on the Audacity.Graxx, Doozey, the loot, and Biscuit's body aren't. No one has made it onto the rowboats just yet.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Still standing on the rails between the ships Utar cups his hands again, raising them to his mouth.
"YOU NEED TO HEAD TO THAT LONGBOAT OVER THERE, YOU'RE GOING TO ROW IT TO SHORE."
Hopping down to the deck, Utar grabs the sack and starts corralling Ulburto and the villagers towards the nearest longboat. Checking it has enough oars and helping the villagers in.
Taking a moment to study the ropes holding the longboat in place on the boat, Utar tries to figure out which knots to untie to gently lower the boat into the water. Knowing he needs to avoid touching anything that would end up dumping the villagers onto the water without the longboat, he touches his amulet almost involuntarily, casting guidance.

(@Lerus & Grx: Going by a rough estimation on how much Doozey would've packed on before knap sacking the rest, it'd be 18-22lbs over Graxx max carrying capacity alone. Good thing Doozey is just at the right height to play support carrier!)
As soon as Graxx starts lifting, Doozey almost immediately starts to breathe easier. However, at the question, he starts to open his mouth, and then looks back in the direction of the captain's quarters.
"...."
Doozey bows his head, takes a breathe, then turns to Graxx with a sharp nod.
"Boat. Double Time."
With that, he helps Graxx get the loot over onto the deck of the audacity as soon as possible. Afterwhich he would hop his way over, and continue to aid the noble outlander with getting the luggage onto the second, and presumeably the parties rowboat. If he feels there's at least two minutes left at that point, he raps a certain spot on his armor, causing the heaviest portion to slough off him like slime, only to reform at his feet without any damage.
"One of us must check the audacity. Make sure they cannae return. I will handle check'n pirate captain's body.. And see to biscuit too. Make sure nothing is awry."
He lingers only for a short response. And depending on it, he would either make back for the Dracolich, or search for a captain's quarters on the Audacity.
Acrobatics: 23.(If needed for Doozey's own crossing of the ship. The advantage is assuming he is helped over after getting the treasure across. If not applicable, ignore 2nd roll)
After taking a moment to take a breath after her strange scramble up the Audacity's hull, Neya starts preparing to release the other rowboat as soon as the rest of the party boards. She's even preparing to cut the ropes if the Audacity is low enough.
Utar herds the villagers to the farthest rowboat. A quick inspection reveals that the small vessel is in good shape, though the six villagers will have to squeeze in there. Only two sets of oars are available per boat, so two of the villagers jump to it and prepare. Utar notices the simple pulley mechanism securing the boat and begins to lower it delicately. Once the villagers hit the water, their tired arms go to work. Their experience on fishing boats come in handy, and they begin to make their way towards their isle.
A bit tired, Graxx turns to help Doozey as best as he can. The dragging job becomes easier once the barbarian joins in and they reach the railing. Both CRAPers have to get dangerously close to the flames in order to lug their loot over. Noticing their plight, Neya comes closer to help as well. Though it is not an easy task, six strong hands are enough to accomplished it satisfactorily. Neya then begins to prepare the second rowboat.
With a couple more goals in mind, Doozey suggests another trip into The Third Dracolich. It is unclear whether he has enough time for it or simply wants to believe he does. At this point, all four adventurers are on the Audacity, as is the treasure.
You now have to decide whether to go back for Biscuit, spend time investigating the Audacity, or make it for the last rowboat. You can't be sure of how much time you have left, but have a sense that you are cutting it close. The cultists' ship's sails are fully aflame now, and the masts could fall over at any given point. The bone ship's tip is beginning to crack under the weight of the other ship, and it is not going to be a clean break either.
(OOC: When describing their next actions, everyone should include a CON saving throw {DC 10} in their next post to account for their momentary proximity to the flames. If you fail, you take 1 fire damage).
With the roar of the fires consuming both ships at the forefront of his senses, Utar glances around at the members of CRAP arrayed on the deck of the Audacity.
"There's not much time, let's get what we need and get off this ship."
With that he strides over to the remaining longboat and deposits the statue, before turning to help Graxx with the load he and Doozey bright over to the ship.
"It is quite literally a sink-or-swim situation. Whatever it is you're doing will need to be the last thing before these things go under. I haven't planned to see the bottom of the ocean for myself." She shouts over the flames as she prepares to cut the rowboat lose.

Con Save(DC 10):18.
Doozey gritted his teeth behind close lips, bearing the heat this time around like a champ.
"I know, Neya! I... I know..."
The stoutling yelled back initially, though the last words are too soft to hear over the cracking of bone and ship. He then clenches his fists at his side, reaffirming his path.
"Just get the boat down. And Graxx! Grab Biscuit. Jump overboard if'n you must. But get him to that boat!"
It was all Doozey dared waste the breathe to explain before racing off for whatever amounted to doors leading deeper into the ship, and by extension the captain's quarters. Or so the stoutling hoped. Just as he hoped he would not need to break through any doors to get inside, and give it at least a once over. For whatever the crew of the audacity was, he ensure that they could not rise again.
(OOC: Alright! No one takes fire damage from proximity to the flames!)
Utar places the statue inside the last rowboat and then, with Neya's help, drags the treasure the others brought over into the escape boat as well. The two then finish preparing the vessel and make it ready to depart at a moment's notice. They do so while yelling some words of warning to their other two companions.
Doozey responds with a hesitant agreement before giving Graxx some orders. While the halfling goes to explore the Audacity's innards, the barbarian sets off to rescue Biscuit's body.
Graxx respects Doozeys seeming wishes to give Biscuit a burial at sea.
"Anything you need Doozey!" says Graxx.
Graxx sprints down and aims to carry a barrel of water upstairs.
