I will say before Dordis jumps in front of Leshanna's shot, they will both need to roll for initiative. If Leshanna rolls higher, Dorids doesn't make it in time, and her shot flies true, otherwise he makes it in time and blocks the first bullet. However, if Leshanna wishes, she can have the roll come down to a coin flip instead by using a fate coin (remember that from way back when). Once whatever happens, happens, then will see what happens regarding anymore shooting. Zacharias should roll initiative as well, but will be surprised for the first round.
Ulrich looks at her, but isn't seeing her. His mind is back on yesterday. The toll the deathclaw took on him. The visions. And the bodies he was able to insure remained dead.

She would remember that piece of knowledge about Captain Deadeye and his ship. If it was the vessel mysteriously sunk in dock, then either Deadeye is with the great deep, or on the run and in hiding.... Something to pursue in good time. She listened to the Tiefling and nodded as he presented details. "Well..." She said after a time. Let us strike an accord Hmm? Point me in the direction of Deadeye and his crew, and I aid you both in procuring some of what our good friend Finds here wants. What say ye?" She signed for another round and smiled. Confusion.Remember that. The creature with the soul of Xamodas staggers to its feet. His body is heavier now, but powerful. He feels strength he has never had, steely muscles rippling under iron-like scales. His very soul feels aflame, reborn with passion and vivacity that he hadn't felt in centuries. And the senses - so sharp. The smells and sounds he had never appreciated as a gith. Vant had not been exagerating.
He looks up, noticing the strangers, one digging through the earth like a frantic ghoul trying to escape the sky.
'Stop this unearthing,'
The Mother's panicked plea rings through his ears as one of the entities notices him.
Stop, he attempts to shout, but unfamiliar with his new voice and timbre, it comes out like the roar of a young dragon. Because thats what he is.

Questions/Notes:
Will I continue to progress as a player class or are you considering an alternate progression? Will I be able to increase my physical stats with an ASI or are they ‘static’? As he has never actually used his Arcane Tradition features, can Xamodas change his tradition? I can still make psionics work but I feel like Bladesinging or War Magic makes more sense now.
Finally, I assume he's interrupting N&N. Unfortunately (?) Nae has already attacked him, and he has an urgent divine mandate to stop them. This should be interesting. Would you prefer I still address you with his actions and act ignorant of what they're doing, or should I go back and forth with them directly?
. . . I was a little afraid of how I would deal with such a dramatic change in character, but I think I'll manage. Need a new spellbook but, hey, a dragon knows how to get things. :)
Also, I spent all night, tinkering together a custom race that would enable all these changes. Here's Xamodas the Red. Link. Didn't want to publish the race but the racial features on the sheet should match up with what you told me.
Tears fill Orina's eyes as Beau speaks; she blinks them back quickly, hoping no-one noticed, and pats her cheeks.
Protectors of nature, the rabbit had said. She wasn't sure if the others understood what that really meant to her.
Traitor. That had been the last word her tribe members had used for her when she left. Betrayer of nature. And most of all, what her own father had said to her retreating back: Such a disappointment.
She looked at Jogs, and Grr Grr, and felt some of that heavy feeling that she always carried around in the pit of her stomach dissipate slightly. It still stung, the absolute judgement of her family and friends. But there were new friends, now. And as Beau spoke, the chance at becoming a knight, from the sounds of it. There weren't any knights among the druids, but Father Peterson had told her tales of knights before. They defended the weak. They kept to a strict code of honor. And they helped people.
Taking a deep breath, Orina smiled at Beau and nodded. "I'd very much like to hear your story, please!"
"No. No fortune. All I have are these five tickets so far." Iam replies showing the five tickets he has earned. "I just found myself drawn to them and did not want to miss trying. Could you tell myself a little about them? What material they are made from? Their history? Maybe what you consider a fortune so I have an idea how much I need to try to earn by next week?"
The Vilemind: Yaw: Searing energy grasps my arm, threatening to consume me! I splash around in the water and submerge my hand, feeling it brush up against the dead. Anything to put it out.
Zacharias does recognize Dordis, he recognizes his soul, and as a burst of star shaped magic come soaring at him, only to curve and strike the Warlock thrice and again in the head, which he grips in pain. "Damn that two bit sorceror and his cheap spells..." The light from that magic, it is oddly familiar...like the orgin of the light on your weapon, but somewhat different in design...perhaps this is not the best time to ponder. The Warlock removes his hands, and you see the gashes left in his head start to grow teeth, and gnash the air, fade when you do a double take. Someone below is shouting something to you about what the Vagrant just said. ((See Dragondenns last post))
Edit: Also, right, the insight check, it does appear that the man has truth to his rambles, although it is mostly out of desperation to get out of this situation alive, which he most likely put himself into...mostly. You have a feeling that this man, based on what's going, has a thought process bordering on insanity, and is definitely a psychopath.
Leshanna shouts into the air, her elf ears able to pick up on the conversation most would be unable to. Areyo is by your side. "You stole from him? That explains why he attacked, I thought for sure he caught on that we've been looking for him.
((Alright, I can work with that)) As Dordis channels his inner magic and sends the bolts into the air, he grips his hand in pain. He notices that it has taken the appearance of being almost painted on, the details faded, and looking as if it was made of a starry sky with the moon in his palm. However, it is slowly fading back to normal.
Azohra approaches the sight of destruction, seeing the above happening. She sees the people flying in the air, and is somewhat baffled. Could they be powerful wizards? There is something about them that just seems so...divine. Clearly, there has been quite a bit of arcane warfare going on. She realizes that the Caretaker could be nearby, and she isn't technically suppose to be here, so she'll have to make a stealth check if she is worried about that. ((She also hears what they are yelling about))
The Vagrant shouts down at Dordis from behind Zacharias' shoulder. "Hey, you sorry excuse for a spillslinger! Who gave you your magical powers anyway?! Your taste in spells are as terrible are worse than a pig's taste in slop! I'm trying to have a conversation here!" He looks back at Zacharias and pats him on the shoulder as he says. "Could you disarm things a little pal? I'm at the end of my rope here."
“Ah... well, I love protecting things so I’ll take the egg and protect it. I don’t want anything happening to the Warren because of it and us. If you ever need it, send someone to find us with the gold quarter...”
She holds the egg out to Orina in case Orina would rather hold it. She then sits cross legged on the dirt floor, pulling her knees to her chest, ready for a story!
Liadon: The woman squints at you "Pretty sure that's just a human, I don't know... Ah, alright, I see, yes, our aquaintance sure. What was it you were looking for again, an "artisans" kit? I might have some in the back, if you think you can afford it."

Either way, remember that you still have the spells you prepared, and some may not require a spell focus (if they don't require material components, they need no spell focus to cast).

Orina & Jogs (Bunny Battalion): Hainsly and Grr sit and listen to the story as well. "I trust you will use this knowledge wisely, and to the betterment of the world. I would like you to know, a long, long time ago, the Bunny Battalion wasn't just a name, but an actual Battalion, in the most feared army to roam the land.
There was an emperor, who we called The Lion, who conquered heaven and retrieved a weapon to be used to conquer the earth; The Continental, it was called, truly a weapon to be feared. His army tread a stomped through vast swaths of untamed wilds, which angered the druids of old. The most ancient and powerful Archdruid of them all summoned droves and droves of wild animals, large and small, predator and pray, to snuff out his forces. As the wilds turned against him, he needed only to raise his blade into the sun, and with a blinding light, the animals that were against him were awakened, enlightened, empowered, and instantly swayed. The Archdruid had no choice but to concede defeat to his new forces, a new race known as Wildren, who had the both the form of man and the primal strengths of beasts. The bravest, strongest, and wisest among them were granted powerful positions, generals of their battalion of species in bloody battles..." Suddenly, in a swirl of mist and smoke, the bunny is replaced by an old woman with pure white hair and red eyes, toned muscles hardened by battle, wearing worn studded leather armor, a sword with two blades at one end. "...I was the general of that Battalion. Long and hard we fought, humanity and nature as one, but it was for naught. When the fighting was done, the earth was conquered, but The World refused to break: a single city that refused to fall, even as it was surrounded, in a single, decisive move, the entire army was snuffed in an instant, the earth was rended, and our emperor vanished. There was no nature or humanity left to fight for, so we simply left, and returned from whence we came. However, a pact was sworn by those Wildren that remained: Only defend what is left, no natural army will, nor is able to, rise for or against humanity, so stands the Wildpact. So, the Wildren went out seperate ways, sworn by that pact, but otherwise unbound.
However, I can sense it, something that threatens our pact. The Continental is out there somewhere, in three pieces, hilt, sheath, and blade, lost somewhere If the Blade were to be found by some foolsih adventurer, the Wildpact will crumble, and nature will be threatened. However...that is not the only threat, I have sensed something in the world, the sudden appearance of Hainsley, the warming of the wind, the blooming of the flowers, have all been clues...I sense the magic of the Archdruid from long ago influencing the land, if they were to return, so too would the Wildpact be under threat by their magic...in which case, the only way to prevent disaster would be to find the blade, seal the pact, and ensure it never falls into their hands *cough* *cough*-" The mist appeares again, and the bunny returns. "Apologies, I was being showoffish, I can only maintain that form for so long- heed my warning, you must do all you can to be prepared for the forces of nature to against you, if the blade is not found. By knighting you as a Battalion, you will be protected by the Wildpact, you can head into the other generals lands safely, and if, or perhaps when all hell breaks loose, you will be safe. However, if any other forces exist that serve the Archdruid...you will be a in great danger from them. With this said, consider my offer carefully."

Iam: "You'll probably need at least ten times, 100 times if you wanted to ensure an auction win. that but that's not a bad start. Ay, these are made from monolith, a rare stone which is only found in the north. It's awfully strange stuff, to, basically uneffected by magic, so I've heard. I don't know much of it's history, but I'd bet it's orgins has something to do with the Desperation thing they talk about, they usually only give this stuff out to pretty notable people, but I guess someone decided to fetch coin for it instead of carrying it around for it's looks."
The Vilemind:
Yaw: You douse your hands under the water, but the flame doesn't falter, in fact, it almost seems to grow brighter and more painful, however, you notice, when brushed up against the bones of the dead, the flame peters out, so you instinctively grab one, and it dissapates as you focus hard to calm your magic. Taking 3 points of radiant damage (halved). It Seems some strange effect here makes magic very, very dangerous to cast. (Make an arcana check but good luck, this one is a doozy)
"Is it safe to come down? You keep putingt your light out, and I heard you panic..." he lowers his voice. "...Is something down there that saw you?"
((OOC: Ah, the classic star wars reference. Nae shot first! As she was first to post, first to act, and has a higher dexterity, I don't mind resolving her turn first here. I don't mind sticking Psionic, and a lot of those spells don't require physical components.))

Xamodas the Red lets loose a low roar as his attempt at parley is unheeded. He doesn't notice the shadows creeping up on him, chilling his blood and darkening his vision. He's too fixated on the bolt of Eldritch energy racing right at him. He fails to dodge it!
But it dissipates harmlessly on his inhuman hide.
A gith does not suffer attack lightly. Neither does a dragon. He takes flight, easily soaring up to the this Eldritch grave digger in melee, and releases his fury in an unbridled inferno. Whether she survives it or not, he whips his head towards the woman with the bow
"Lower your weapon and you may both survive."
((Nae needs to make a Dex Save DC 13. She takes 21 fire damage on a failure, half as much on a save.))
((It was on account of being tipsy.)). She blinked and nodded. "Then let's look around for Deadeye, I'd have words with him. Coming?" She stood and paid for the drinks, as she looked reasonably shorter when her feet touched the ground...

Dordis is not able to make it in time, the bullet leaving the chamber, almost in slow motion, as he runs. Leshanna keeps her aim steady. Now, instead of timing, we have an entirely different problem...a clashing of Souls...Dordis wills for the information, to find Soltris, to unlock the secrets, but Leshanna wishes to put a stop to this madman. Naturally, since the Soul is the most powerful force, when these sort of things clash, just about anything can happen. So, I have a table for this to decide what happens, boy, this is about to get weird. 15
Ah, interesting, a very simple draw, the chariot, suggesting travel, personal glory, and efficiency. The bullet begins to spin and spin and spin, wildly and wildly, before shooting off much, much faster than before, causing a sonic boom. There's no telling what it will hit, but it was aimed at the Vagrant, so Leshanna wills as much a she can there, but whatever it hits, it will be suitably devestating.
And thus, the Vagrant is slain, a visible hole a few inches across through his body, as he begins to fall down...downward, body hitting hard against the ground. Your turn, Dordis.
Oh, and by the way, everyone just noticed that someone (Azorha) has been watching (you my roll for initiative as well)
"I chose this path. I heard the call and followed it. She hid herself for a long time, making sure that I would be true. That I wouldn't be afraid. They say everything was because of my family. Either that they helped with money, or I was rebelling against them. It was never that. And so long as She knows, I don't care about the others.
The shook of seeing one who was undead, and knowing it for the affront to life that it was.
The cleric who taught my siblings and I, who spoke of light and life. Who warned against Her, but only gave me a focus.
Her symbol, found in the woods, discarded. The calm I felt as I touched it, cold to my fingers.
My answer, when I was asked, "For whom?"
My first night here, as I took a deep breath and felt myself relax, as if for the first time.
My path is to be true to Her, despite what anyone else thinks. But to always be aware of what they think, and soothe their fears. Or give them a true reason to fear. To do as She says and give rest to souls."

Corvidae - Market District:

Chloro Hills
Another medical problem. Indefinite hiatus. Sorry, all.
Findtheway Inn:
((It was on account of being tipsy.)). She blinked and nodded. "Then let's look around for Deadeye, I'd have words with him. Coming?" She stood and paid for the drinks, as she looked reasonably shorter when her feet touched the ground...
Wagon Park:
1. Vagrant 2. Areyo 3. Vagrant 4. Dordis. 5. Vagrant. 6. Leshanna 7. Vagrant 8. Azorha 9. Zacharias 10. Vagrant. 11. Nothing. 12. Vagrant
8
And thus, the Vagrant is slain, a visible hole a few inches across through his body, as he begins to fall down...downward, body hitting hard against the ground. Your turn, Dordis.
Oh, and by the way, everyone just noticed that someone (Azorha) has been watching (you my roll for initiative as well)

Faksimile - Temple Distict
