Benagol trips Sergeant 3 and hits them once while they are prone, missing the last bonus action attack. He is close to death but still fight worthy.
Gerry follows up and kills Sergeant 3 with a blast of radiant energy! (I assume next target is Sergeant 2) Gerry moves on and barely hits Sergeant 2 for 14 damage. They are still standing.

Sweetness, then it will be closer to the super sneaky, super nimble Reggie. (That's a joke, seeing as the rouge with a +9 stealth rolled a 1 to hide, and is near the end of the initiative order.)
Koalinth 12 will stay behind the mast and take the Dodge action again. Koalinth 11 and 13 stay behind the railing of upper deck and dodge, with 3/4 cover. Koalinth 15 with move up 5 feet and attack the first mate with 5. 14 will continue to attack Captain Andy.
Koalinth 3 returns attack on Sailor 3. Koalinth 4 moves to the edge of the rail and tries to throw it's trident at Rubin. Koalinth 5 continues to press on the first mate.
Captain Andy perries a close call attack and is able to avoid the other attacks, not taking any damage. Sailor 3 dies to Koalinth 3. The first mate dies to Koalinth 5. Captain Andy is the last ally you have, and he is vastly outnumbered on the upper deck. The sailors working on the sails are visibly worried seeing 3 of their ship mates fall.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Reggie will Take a shot at the bad guy 3 who is engaged with Gerry, if he is no longer an option, I would take a shot at who ever I could best get advantage on, or who ever looks weakest.

Gerry grunts as the Koalinth sergeant smashes him once more.

He’ll then heal himself for 1d6 as a bonus action (Healing Light): 6
(Wow those attack rolls are low. Every single one of those has a +11.)

Ooc 21 ac?!
Benagol shouts "rally to the captain!!!"
(Plate, shield, Defense fighting style. Actually kind of low for what I normally play, I’ve hit 29 at level 3 with one uncommon item.)

Unfortunately, Reggie you miss the mark on hitting Sergeant 2. You still have movement if you would like to move or have a bonus action?
Ardeth, you're up. Followed by Rubin who is the lead of Round 3.

Rubin sends another set of crossbow bolts, aiming for the bigger ones now, hoping to take one of them down if possible.
Attack: 24 Damage: 23
Attack: 18 Damage: 15
Bonus action Attack: 21 Damage: 15
You would not have advantage, but can use your inspiration point for the second roll.
Reggie is able to hit Sergeant 2 and kill him with a devastating blow to the chest.
