Ardeth raises his shield high and calls on Thor for divine power. Summoning a dark cloud overhead he calls down a lightning bolt strike The square between 6 and the Werebeast, targeting both.
Cast 4th Level Call Lightning. Targets roll a Dex saving throw and suffer 4d10 on a failed save or half on success.
Ardeth uses Channel Divinity: Destructive Wrath to maximize damage. (40 damage on failed save, 20 on success)
[I would also like to use my trait Thunderbolt Strike, which pushes targets up to 10 feet away from me when dealing lightning damage]
They both fail, taking 40 lightning damage! The cloak's limp body is throw across the courtyard and finally lays still after being thrashed away from Ardeth. Werejaguar is also pushed back 10 feet (not taking opportunity attacks due to forced movement), but is still standing.
Benagol, you're up!

The werejaguar, injury severally and seeing their ranks drop like flies. Uses dash as a bonus action to move to the edge of the monastery grounds, right up to the cliff. The hybrid creatures looks back at you all with their glowing amber eyes, snares "Next time." and leaps off the edge. She is out of sight.

Again, swiftly and flawlessly, Rubin shoots three bolts and kills the remaining three cloaks. The monastery steps and front of the building are splattered with blood. The monk barely had time to react before the combat finished. The calming peace quickly returns, and the monks get to work. A bucket of water with suds and a goat hair brush is pulled from the garden shed and a few monks begin to scrub the building and steps as you all stand, reminiscing what happened.
Jannell looks to you all. "That was....chaotically swift. I assume that those are the folks giving you trouble? They seem like a determined bunch."

"Well at least we did get here first." Rubin speaks up, retrieving crossbow bolts if possible. "They seemed interested in taking you after all, not in harming you." he says the last to the daughter. "Must need, or at least want, what is inside that head of yours."
Some of the monks go to the edge of the cliff and look down. They mutter to themselves "There is noone who could survives that fall, not even the Glass Hand could prevent that harm."
Jannell thinks for a moment "Well I can say I am glad you all arrived when you did. I fear that more of the Glass Hand would have fallen to these vicious creatures blades and....claws. And I would be a prisoner to their devious goals...whatever that may be." When you all walk by the dead body of the monk, Jannell kneels down and touches his cold forehead. She mutters a prayer in elvish and then slides the man's eyes shut.
Ardeth you scratch your head as to how this group of cultist got here, and so soon after you. As you all approach the steel ladder down, you notice a different sailing ship then the one you voyage on, floating off in the distance to the west. From here you can't see much detail, but you can tell sailors are moving about. After a few moments, the ship raises anchor and begins to set off. They head south, not in the same direction you are going.
You all carefully climb down the rock peak and can see two sailors approaching with the rowboat from the Flying Elbow. The rocky trip back to the Flying Elbow throws you all about, but you safely arrive on deck. Captain Andy greets Jannell, and does a deep bow. Captain Andy doesn't hesitate to welcome her on board, and even offers his cabin to Jannell. She politely refuses the offer, and would prefer to stay with the adventuring group that likely just saved her life.
The Flying Elbow raises anchor and begin to journey to the East, back to dry land. As you all watch the monastery of the Glass Hand leave your sight...Jannell drops a single tear, but then goes up to the bow of the ship, sits down cross legged, and begins to meditate.
Congratulations, you all level up! Please level your characters to 8th level.
The rest of the cloak rush forward. Two of which run to Jannell and attempt to grapple her.

(Well, guess I keep my spell slots. Not going to complain.)
Gerry cleans his sword carefully, nodding.
"Aye, we've run into these types before. They're interested in your father's work or something about him, far as I can tell."

Ardeth looks around at the mess of bodies and blood.
“How did they get here so quickly. Following us on our boat? We would have spotted them right? Something is off here..” he says as he rubs his brow.
