Griffon 10 flies forward and is now over the boat. The Griffon releases one of the kegs which is plummeting towards the ship.
DEX save: 1 on failed save keg targets: 2 and does 12 fire damage.
The keg hits a cross bar of the main mast and explodes fire onto the sails. The sails are now lit on fire. They will burn and take 1d4 fire damage each round unless the fire is put out. This is the main mast, where Reggie sits in the crows nest of. This fire will spread rapidly.

DM - A Quest for the Shunned City (Groups 1 and 2)
Griffon 3 is positioned above the boat and drops one of their explosive kegs towards the boat.
Boat DEX save: 12 on failed save keg targets: 6 and does 9 fire damage.
The boat is moving just fast enough that the keg falls into the water. The explosion shoots mists of water 80 feet into the air and the salty water splashes onto the deck, but the boat is unharmed.
Griffon 8 and 12 hold position and keep pace with the boat.
Ardeth looks to the group of four griffons off the port side of the boat. A small sleet emerges from his hand as he blasts the area those griffons are in with a sleet storm! The area is covered in an icy blasts and becomes difficult to fly in.
Griffon DEX saves to remain flying or they plummet to the ocean below. DC 14.
Griffon 2 and 12 fall out of the sky and land in the ocean! The cultists flying on their backs attempt to grab on to the side of the boat before it sails by.

Griffon 5 is unable to move and doesn't have a cultist with a crossbow, they attempt to break free of the grappling hook.
