To lower a row boat would take 2 turns, get on the boat, and lower the boat. Or, it can take one action, but everyone needs to be in the boat, then you cut the rope.
Gerry, I didn't see you initial action, but I will give you the damage since I missed it. You are able to kill Griffon 8 with the additional damage. It and the cultist riding it fall into the water.
The Smoking Mirror hide climbs up the side of the boat, and has to use all of it's movement to move out of the flame riddled main deck. They are moving towards the ballista/Ardeth, but cannot move enough to make it there.
Griffon 8 moves out of the difficult terrain of the sleet storm with it's movement, but cannot move into possible to drop their keg. They will dash and move over the boat, and looks down at deck for a target to drop the keg on.
Griffon 3 drops their second keg on the boat, they have no more kegs in their claws.
DEX save: 5 on failed save keg targets: 4 and does 8 fire damage.
The keg hits the main deck again! Another explosion of fire hits the deck, and actually hits the cultist on the deck as well. The blast blows the other cultist who is climbing up the side of the boat off into the water. They die from the blast. The main deck is completely engulfed in fire, taking 9. The deck integrity is beginning to fail, but the ship is not sinking....yet.

Ardeth looks to the skies again, his hands shoot out another sleet storm, this time is able to connect with griffon's 1,3,6,7, and 8! (Finger's crossed this knocks out a lot!)

Reggie pops up from the crows nest and takes aim at a griffon hopefully one he can gain advantage on Attack: 22 Damage: 9 (If I have advantage 98 {sneak attack}) then tuck back into the crows nest to take cover and hide. 16

Another explosion on the deck. Another 1 sailors die in the explosion. The cultist is soaked in flames taking an addition 7 fire damage from the blast and flames that engulf them.
