With Olisara's help, Harper is not about to let the Red Wizard escape. He rushes to his side and takes advantage of his target's precarious position to stab him near the kidneys. The wizard is in pain but not ready to call it quits just yet. (Red Wizard takes 9 piercing damage.)
The Blazing Skeleton sees its master being chased and comes to his aid {BJ-63}. Harper can feel the heat from its flames even from a few feet away:
-> Harper's CON saving throw {DC 11}: 17
The half-elf remains unbothered for now, but gives the Red Wizard enough of a break for him to stand back up (no longer prone.) He stands already holding a a snake tongue and a piece of honeycomb. He tells Harper to let him (Red Wizard) escape.
As her eyes flash open, AHB takes what feels like her first breath in a long time. It is long and ragged and tastes of copper. Struggling to her feet, she nods her thanks to Keefe.
Turning her focus to the nearest cultist, her eyes narrow and she spits blood to the ground before pulling a couple of javelins from their case slung across her back.
"Try to stay behind me, Keefe. I'll do what I can to protect you."
(@MB & @Grx: To try to make the best out of your actions, I'm reinterpreting your movement/targeting a little bit. I hope this is ok. Also, @MB, please note that your attack roll modifier for the javelins is different than for your magical sword.)
Captain AHB raises after a short unconscious spell and approaches both Brother Keefe and the nearby fanatic {BX-69} after noticing that the drow she had been dueling has already fallen. She launches a javelin at the enemy while still moving, though her accuracy does not suffer at all. The javelin impales the cultist right through the chest, his armor doing little to stop it. (Cult Fanatic #1 takes 10 piercing damage and is DEFEATED.)
AHB had already prepared a second javelin for the cultist but, upon noticing that it wouldn't be necessary, she swiftly re-aims her throw at the next nearest enemy. The tiefling warrior is a tad too far for her to release her projectile with the same kind of accuracy as the first one, but she tries anyway (disadvantage due to range: 24.) Despite the additional hurdle, AHB still lands a glancing shot at her second target. (Thayan Warrior takes 8 piercing damage.)
Brother Keefe moves even closer to the Black Fist captain and turns to face the tiefling who had been pestering him. The priest aims another necrotic spell at him, but the Thayan manages to mentally resist its influence while screaming in pain from the javelin wound.
Chaab cannot see the Thayan Warrior from his current position, but he deduces his general location based on AHB and BrotherKeefe's attacks. Knowing that his target won't be able to see him either and hoping that this offsets the pesky sunlight on his own eyes, Chaab lobs an arrow toward the tent:
-> Shortbow vs Thayan Warrior: Attack: 10Damage: 4
The drow elf's gamble does not pay off. He relocates {BX-70} and hides. (Cunning Action:14.)

The fact that he has suddenly become his opponents' main target matters little to the tough tiefling. With longsword and shield in hand, he advances {BW-68}. Captain AHB is the first enemy in sight:
-> Longsword vs. Captain AHB: Attack: 15Damage: 11
-> Longsword vs. Captain AHB: Attack: 22 Damage: 7
The captain blocks his initial attack with her own blade, but the warrior pivots and turns, slashing her right at the waist level. (Captain AHB takes 6 slashing damage.)
(Olisara and Harper are up next. Harper should roll a CON saving throw {DC 11} at the beginning of his turn.)
Olisara sees that Harper is getting surrounded and moves a bit closer (to BV-57) and causes the air to explode (3rd level, centered on BJ-59), hoping to catch the wizard in the blast.
Con save DC16, Damage: 16 thunder damage
The then plucks her lute again, filling AHB with inspiration (of the bardic variety).

Con Save(DC 11): 18. (Save two times a round? Oh dear.)
"Thanks love!" Harper calls back to Olisara. "Nice try, mage. But you're not breaking this walnut as surely as broke that poor sap." Harper said, gesturing with his rod back at the flaming skull. "Now if you don't mind-..." The sentence is left intentionally hanging as he sudden lashes out with the dagger, hoping catch the wizard in the throat, ending the threat of the wizard for good. Success has him turning to the skull and saying with a nervous casualness and a grin to the skull, "Truce?"
Or, if the wizard is slain by Olisara, he still calls out jokingly to Olisara and still request a truce, but would speed away to put the sling to work popping the Thayan warrior.

Olisara comes to her fellow faction agent's aid by causing the air near the Red Wizard to dislocate abruptly. It takes every ounce of strength in the Thayan's body for him not to succumb to the spell. (Red Wizard takes 16 thunder damage.)
Confident that her companion will be able to finish the job, Olisara then turns to Captain AHB and sends her an encouraging musical note. (Bardic Inspirationd10.)
Well protected from the rapidly increasing temperature near him, Harper resist the heat once more.
Harper tightens the grip around his dagger and moves in to finish the wizard. He calmly brings his blade to the Thayan's neck, says a snarky farewell message, and begins to slice. The blade is suddenly repelled as the kill is magically stolen from harper in a last-ditch attempt from the opposing magic user.
(OOC: This post includes a reaction discussed in our OOC chat.)
Barely moving, the Red Wizard mumbles the incantation for the Magic Missile spell in an attempt to kill Harper before he can kill him. Though the sorcerer grunts in pain, the magical darts are not enough to put him down. (Harper takes 12 force damage.)
Though the wizard partially rolls out of the way of the lightning strike, whatever does get him is more than enough to fry his brain. (Red Wizard takes 5 lightning damage and is DEFEATED.)

Reaction:-
As the tiefling's blade bites into her side, AHB tilts the blade of her longsword to catch the light of the sun and direct it into the eyes of her assailant.
DC15 CON save for the tiefling or it is blinded.
Action:-
Eyeing the tiefling warrior with some trepidation, AHB knows two things. The first is that this is a formidable foe. The second is that she's never backed down from a fight.
Attempting to run the tiefling through she focuses herself before jabbing at her foe.
Attack 1: 27 Damage: 14
If at advantage attack: 17 Damage: 11
Attack 2: 28 Damage: 13

Inspired by Olisara's musical note, AHB parries a few more attacks from her next challenger and lands a slash across his back after performing a half-turn. The radiant blade shines as the tiefling gets branded. Noticing that he is just as weary as herself, AHB does a final feint and concludes with a lethal slash across the tiefling's neck. (Thayan Warrior takes 28 magical slashing and radiant damage and is DEFEATED.)

Caught unawares, some of the bones in the Skeleton's rib cage decay away. (Blazing Skeleton takes 4 necrotic damage.)
It seems the drow elf does better with longer distance shots. The arrow knocks a few more spare bones out of place. (Blazing Skeleton takes 17 piercing damage.)
