Kandalou welcomes the fight and swings his longsword at the nearest enemy, finding an opening and slicing his leg. When the githyanki tries to turn for a second strike, the duergar repositions his shield to block it. (Duergar Stone Guard #2 takes 10 magical slashing damage.)
Kalak moves to get a better look at the skirmish. Seeing that Kandalou is surrounded, the wizard tries to neutralize at least one of the enemies. The crystal around Kalak's neck materializes a yellowish cloud just behind the duergar line, causing the one that Kandalou had just slashed to fall asleep.
NOTES: It's dim light everywhere in this cave. Unless you have a way to counteract it, your perception checks and search actions are done at disadvantage. It does not affect attack rolls.

She chooses to save her pool of divine power granted her for now and calmly moves to K21 where she can see everyone, then calls down a Sacred Flame on the dueregar at GH-1516.

Seemingly unperturbed by the arrow streaking past and downing her opponent Shai kicks the body away and steps to the left to FLANK (OOC: Do you allow Advantage for flanking) the opponent at K18 (position at M18) that is based with Kandalou and just unleashes a series of attacks upon the newly enlarged Dwarf (from behind), leading with elbow strikes aimed at the back of is head, and following those with a bonus action strike at its kidneys.

Ven approaches to join Shai in battle, but finds his thin blade incapable of piercing through the enemy's pauldron. A second thrust is aimed at a gap just under the piece of shoulder armor, tinting it in red blood. (Duergar Stone Guard #1 takes 6 piercing damage.)
Vishnu sees a group strategy forming and decides to shoot an arrow at this same foe. She finds a better angle to shot from but her aim fails her this time.

Their attack formation broken, the standing duergar seem to be a bit less measured in their sword-and-shield-play. The one that is surrounded lashes out at the most recent threat, while the one that was burned picks up another javelin from his back-strap.

The third duergar moans in his sleep, which calls the attention of his nearby brethren. The purple light enveloping the sleeping duergar subsides.

If Shai's current opponent remains standing at after Kandalou's and Kalak's attacks then Shai will continue to pummel and kick, but seek to do non-lethal damage in the hopes of knocking one of the enemies out.
If the opponent is (or goes) down then she will rush the other Duergar that is currently standing, leaping over the sleeping dwarf to lead with a straight kick.

Kandalou changes target as his previous foe slumps to the ground, fully asleep. He catches the duergar worried about Ven unawares, and slices him deeply. The soldier still stands, albeit barely. (Duergar Stone Guard #1 takes 27 magical slashing damage.)
Kalak does not change targets. He launches a fireball behind the enemy's line:
The guard who is asleep is quickly consumed by the explosion, and so is his companion. Their singed bodies are revealed once the flames subside. (Duergar Stone Guard #2 takes 32 fire damage and is DEFEATED; Duergar Stone Guard #4 takes 32 fire damage and is DEFEATED.)

Suddenly, Shai feels the air about her shift. She notices it a second too late and by the time she turns, her ribs are already caving in. The pain in her torso is almost overshadowed by the pain in her brain. (Shai takes 21 magical bludgeoning and psychic damage.)
The surprise attack ends the assailant's invisibility. A mid-enlargement Duergar Warlord appears out of thin air, his armor more adorned that his underlings, his long five-pointed white beard a sign of experience. He screams "Sslig'ne lil' obsul'e!" before bringing down his hammer repeatedly.
-> Warlord Hammer vs. Shai: Attack: 26Damage: 23 magical bludgeoning and psychic.
-> Warlord Hammer vs. Shai: Attack: 23 Damage: 28 magical bludgeoning and psychic.
Shai dodges the second attack, but opens herself to the follow up. Her left thigh catches the brunt of it. (Shai takes another 26 magical bludgeoning and psychic damage.)
The Duergar Warlord then takes a few steps back, opening himself up for an opportunity attack from Shai.

Kalak moves south to see Kandalou surrounded by duergar. In an effort to aid him, he grasps his crystal.
"The cloud of slumber will weigh heavily, do not expect to awaken again." He utters as he casts (2nd level sleep centered on H-12)

He smirks at the ambushers and mutters, "You have chosen death."
He unsheathes his sword and will charge to the nearest duergar, careful to not get in the way of Kalak's sleep spell.
