Not being able to do much from this range, Shai moves her full 45ft back towards Quadere and Kandalou, a somewhat disbelieving look registering on her face as she sees the torn and bloodied remains of Ven and and take the Dodge action, intent on discovering what it was that attacked them before rushing madly forward.

Kandalou wastes no time in tracking back {BE-33} to a fallen Quadere and force-feeding her a potion. (Quadere heals for 8 HP. She is no longer unconscious, or incapacitated, but remains prone.)
Vishnu then takes advantage of the shadows around her and nocks an arrow aimed in the same direction as Kandalou just moved.
Kandalou then takes a step back into the tunnel {BD-33}.

Kalak moves north instead, peeking into the room and launching a fireball near the mind flayers. Despite being prepared for an attack, the floating aberrations cannot evade the flames. (Mind Flayer #1 takes 29 fire damage; Mind Flayer #2 takes 29 fire damage.)
Shai runs back alongside Kandalou {BE-33} and realizes Ven is beyond healing at this point. She does not need to search for the culprits, as they stand in plain view just 20 or 25 feet away, still within the light attached to Quadere's shield and Ven's quiver. There are two bluish-skinned, vaguely humanoid creatures who wear the vestments the rrakkma saw floating about earlier in the day. They are low-slung, creeping horrors with multiple gangling arms... six each, in fact. They creep along the ground or the walls, trying to stick to the shadows. They appear smaller than their true size, thanks to their hunched posture and emaciated frame. Their dozens of claws are each as long as a dagger's blade, which surely make them quite efficient assassins. Shaistands in place for now.
(Quadere's turn is still up. She was healed before she had to roll a DEATH saving throw, so we are not counting that 8.)

Quadere scrambles to her feet, wounds bleeding and mind pounding. “How careless of me. Still, nothing to be done about it now.” Thoughts racing, she unleashes a wave of healing in the small hallway, healing herself and her companions for 11 hit points each before turning to face her attacker.
Quadere stands back up and immediately begins healing her deepest wounds. Being the always selfless gith she is, she throws some extra healing towards Kandalou as well (everyone else is maxed out.)
Both gith feel slightly better. (Quadere heals for 11 HP; Kandalou heals for 11 HP.)
While staring at Quadere and Shai, the multi-armed manglers walk backwards into the darkness beyond the party's light's radius. They do so slowly and maliciously, with toothy grins on their monstrous faces: "Usal ent ella feer"
Quadere understands the words:
It roughly translates to "come and get us" in Deep Speech.
They mingle in the darkness, hiding in spots that seem too shallow to conceal anything. Those of you who had eyes on the pair just a moment ago can no longer see the manglers. The only exception is Quadere, who thinks she can still see the silhouette of one of them about 45 feet away from her.
One of the mind flayers flies rapidly to a position close to the entrance {AU-36}. The other moves more calmly to the northern corner {AM-45}. They are keeping their distance from each other, though they both remain 20 feet up in the air.

Vishnu will release her arrow at the not dodging mind flayer (if she has line of sight), and then fire another one at the same target directly afterwards.
If there's any way she could hide in between:

Quadere looks at two creatures with a bit of a smirk, and replies in their foreign tongue. "Iamna ies bendas. Unas sae midas"
"As you wish. Let it be so."
She then drops a flash of light on the nearest of the two (DC16 Dex save or take 10 damage), then summons her Spiritual Weapon in front of them. After doing so, she retreats to BF-35.

If it is NOT considered an action, he will attack the nearest mind flayer, moving into a position where he can see if he has to, with a javelin.

Kalak sees the one ilithids get closer to the group than the other decides to subvert the cursed things expectations and instead of throwing a evocation, he instead mutters "Duerme."
A soporific cloud blooms behind the mind flayer (Centered on AT-39).
Without pausing to reflect on Ven's lifeless form, she stoops to gather the light emitting quiver from his body and slings it around her chest (if she can - otherwise she will just hold it) and advances to engage (base with) both the manglers (~BG29), the cold look of revenge etched on to her face as the light reveals the creatures fully "Try me you cowards" she taunts seeking to keep their attention focussed on her.
OOC: Let's see how they fare in full light....Shai will be looking to target the one that has taken the damage so far....but for now will finish her turn

Kandalou moves back to the other end of the tunnel, trying to catch a glimpse of a mind flayer while sheathing his sword. Unfortunately, he cannot quite move far enough to spot an illithid {AX-33}, but remains ready to throw a javelin as soon as he does.
Vishnu, who is a few steps ahead, does manage to release her projectile once she realizes the approaching illithid has not yet noticed her. The arrowhead sinks in and reappears on the other side of the creature's shoulder. Vishnu quickly releases another accurate arrow but, with the surprise element gone, the mind flayer reacts fast enough for it to be just a slicing shot. (Mind Flayer #2 takes 31 magical piercing damage.)
Vishnu then switches corners {AV-33} and crouches by a shadow just as the mind flayer loses concentration an plunges toward the ground. (Mind Flayer #2 takes 5 magical piercing damage.)
Despite not moving, Quadere does as the manglers had asked. She recreates her sacred flame around the one mangler she spots. The creature is as elusive as she expected, and the flames do not make contact. Undeterred, Quadere produces another spell and swings a spiritual weapon against that same mangler. This time, the cleric is successful and the enemy shrieks in pain. (Mangler #1 takes 5 force damage.)
As the cleric finally retreats a bit, Kalak tries to trick one of the mind flayes into falling asleep. Surely enough, the already prone illithid cannot resist the magical lullaby. It closes its eye and stops moving for now.
