Shai will immediately drop Ven's quiver on the other side of the now dead mangler then retreat 20 feet into dim light and attempt to use stealth to conceal herself in the dim light and rough walls and wait to see what is approaching and she ready an attack should she be attacked otherwise she let whatever it is appoach the others and surprise attack it from behind? {is that possible in the current situation?). However if it is another mangler Shai will advance into the light as soon as it appears to take the strike.

(@Superbad: You need to take the dash action to reach the mind flayer, so you cannot also take the ready action this turn.)
(@MuggsHill: Since you rolled for it, you are taking the hide action, so you cannot also take the ready action this turn.)
Tired of traversing the tunnel repeatedly, Kandalourushes to the sleeping mind flayer's side. He begins to put away his javelin and unsheathe his longsword, but is not yet quite ready to attack.
Shai disposes of her source of light and tries to hide in the irregular shadows this action creates. Unfortunately, the angles are not quite right and the shadows are still quite small. She does her best to remain unseen, but it is safe to assume she isn't.
Quadere begins to move toward the remaining enemy. She asks her spiritual weapon to follow along, but both master and spell are still quite far from the mind flayer. The cleric reaches as far as the middle of the tunnel at the moment {BA-34}, while her floating weapon is much slower {BF-28}. Nonetheless, Quadere makes sure she is ready to call on her sacred flame again should her enemy come into view.
Vishnu decides to put an end to it sooner rather than later and dashes to the illithid's side {AU-35}. She grabs the hilt of her so far unused rapier and stabs the mind flayer's throat. The tentacled foe has no chance. (Mind Flayer #2 takes 48 piercing damage and is DEFEATED.)
Over at the other end of the tunnels, Shai finally gets a glimpse of the figure who is approaching. A familiar face steps into the light of the cast-aside quiver, though his eyes are shining with an arcane purplish hue as opposed to their regular yellow.
(OOC: Please welcome Belthomias, your lieutenant, to the rrakkma!)
YOU ARE NOW OUT OF INITIATIVE. YOU MAY DO AS YOU WILL.
Shai immediately moves forward to greet the lieutenant "Belthomias.....well met, but what are you doing here?" and then retrieves the quiver and heads back to the others.

After Kandalou's kill was taken he will grunt at Vishnu and mutter, "A warrior relishes in their own kill."He keeps his longsword in a firm grip as he looks at the lieutenant, "Vishnu speaks the truth."
Belthomias approaches the group. He wears a breastplate that has seen a few battles, a small shield on his back and a longsword at his side. In his hand, a gleaming glaive stands tall. He smiles and speaks in Gith: "You are wise to be suspicious Vishnu, this is how a Rrakkma survives" He pulls his right sleeve and show the tatoo of the Sha’sal Khou . "It is me and I apology to be late. It took the best healers of the Sha’sal Khou to put me back on my feet. Then I had to track you and trying to catch up with you. You did move very fast I must say."
"What is the status of the mission? How is the Reliquary light ? How much time have we left?"
"We had found a portal in the large chamber just down this hallway. We had faced many foes and have unfortunately had lost Ven'dren just moments ago." Kalak reports.
"As for our remaining time..." He then reveals the reliquary.
The group is well aware that Belthomias was severely injured during his initial mission against the mind flayers. Seeing him recovered and able to join the rrakkma brings up a strange mixture of feelings. Some, like Shai and Kalak, welcome the good news and are eager to help their lieutenant catch up. Others, such as Vishnu and Kandalou, remain cautious and perhaps believe that Belthomias' timely arrival is too good to be true.
Nonetheless, after a short initial conversation, Kalak brings up the Reliquary of Zerthimon. Belthomias' unique understanding of the artifact comes in handy: the light emanating from the reliquary is brighter than any of the gith in the room have ever seen it. That said, it could certainly still get brighter by some degree. Belthomias is certain the group can afford a short rest if they need to, but a full night of sleep may be cutting it close... perhaps even too close for comfort.
Belthomias kneels close to Ven's body. He closes his eyes and place him close to a wall in the main room with his hand crossed on his torso. "You did good my friend. We will see that this mission succeed. Your death won't be in vain"
He turns towards his companions and ask: "Should we leave him here for now? If we are successful, we will come back here and we can give him a proper goodbye on the material plane."
Quadere nods. “That is probably wisest, considering how brightly the artifact is glowing. We should take the time to gather ourselves and then move out, if you ask my opinion.”
Not sure if Quadere is suggesting a long recovery she adds her opinion "If there is a chance that we can affort a sleep to prepare for what is beyond this portal then we should take it. Just getting here has taken a lot out of all of us, and for Ven the ultimate sacrifice, and we will need all our strength for the battles ahead. We should aim for to rest fully, but could break early if the reliquary's brightness gets too close to indicating the capacitor is fully charged - with Belthomias's understanding and freshness he can take watch and monitor"

END OF INITIATIVE ROUND 4
(Mind Flayer goes next.)
The mind flayer is still asleep.
Kalak would now that the spell should remain in effect for another three-quarters of a minute, or so.
(Next, I'll resolve the turns that have been posted so far for this new round.)
