Still in front of the large Duergar, Ven holds tight to his shield and starts whistling a tune in direction of the creature. Mixing his song with arcane magic, Ven casts Dissonant Whispers. > WIS DC 15 or reaction to flee + 9psychic damage (half damage if success)
With only one Duergar standing still, Ven rushes forward and tries to find a gap in the armor with his rapier. Rapier 1st attack: 23 damage9 piercing Rapier 2nd attack: 23 damage11 piercing
Ven is then retreating 10ft to leave space for the strong warrior.
If Shai's current opponent remains standing at after Kandalou's and Kalak's attacks then Shai will continue to pummel and kick, but seek to do non-lethal damage in the hopes of knocking one of the enemies out.
If the opponent is (or goes) down then she will rush the other Duergar that is currently standing, leaping over the sleeping dwarf to lead with a straight kick.
Shai is noticeably hurt, and is obviously in a lot of pain, as she readjusts her balance to favour the other leg for now, but does not lose her focus, taking the blow while countering with an elbow strike at the Warlords head, for which she will expend a Ki point and try to stun him as he backs up.
Warlord Opportunity Attack: Attack: 16 Damage: 5(plus Ki point stunning strike if hits - CON DC 16)
Whatever the outcome of that strike, she returns her attention to take down the last of the guards before turning her attention to the newest threat. If you are happy to use the attack rolls above necessary to finish off the guard from above, the only thing she would do differently would be to close on the warlord and expend Ki points on any attacks on the Warlord in an effort to Stun him.
On the assumption that you would require a reroll for attacks redirected at the Warlord (because I want to add Stunning Strike), replace any of the above that are not required to take down the guard with the below, noting that Shai will expend Ki points on each attack if needed to try to stun him, so rerolling Attack 2 and Bonus Action against Warlord below.
Warlord Strike 2: Attack: 12 Damage: 9(plus Ki point stunning strike if hits - CON DC 16)
Warlord Bonus Action: Attack: 23 Damage: 9(plus Ki point stunning strike if hits - CON DC 16)

Quadere witnesses the beating that Shai just took and wastes no time in approaching and lending her friend some of Oghma's healing light. She touches Shai just after the monk tries to elbow a retreating duergar chief, but the strike has little effect against his heavy armor. (Shai heals for 20 HP.)
Before chasing down the bearded enemy, Shai delivers one last kick to the nearby guard's kidney, leaving him unconscious but still alive. (Duergar Stone Guard #1 takes 5 magical bludgeoning damage and is DEFEATED.)
Shai then pursues the Warlord {O-18} and delivers two punches to his head.
-> Duergar Warlord's CON saving throw {DC 16}: 6
The first punch is enough to stun the experienced duergar, and the second one causes blood to drip from his nose. (Duergar Warlord takes 15 magical bludgeoning damage.)
Vishnu sees her opportunity and assumes a new vantage point. She shoots an arrow at the now easy-to-hit target. The arrow sinks right in between two of the duergar armor plates. (Duergar Warlord takes 29 magical piercing damage.)
Ven steps forward and delivers two thrusts of his rapier to the walord's armor. Only the second one finds a gap. The bard then steps aside so his companions have direct view of the enemy. (Duergar Warlord takes 9 piercing damage.)
(Waiting on @Grimnir to revise his turn as mentioned in our OOC chat.)
As Shai sees the Warlord's eye's glaze over as she connects solidly with his temple, she finally hisses out a retort "You should have made your strike count....that's a mistake that will cost you your life....." and then to the others as they crowd in to follow up her attack "Take him alive if you can....he will have more information than the other one"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kandalou will take a quick second to judge the remaining enemies. He will decide to attack the one that has had the least amount of damage (if possible).
OOC: Kalak will have advantage on any attack made against the Warlord this round (as would Kandalou so you should probably re-roll each looking for a Crit!)

Seeing the rest of the team ignore her first request to subdue the leader of the Duegar, she flashes the rest of them a withering look, sarcastically adding "This is how you think to take him alive!!!!" before shaking her head briefly and closing once again on the stunned Dwarf, unleashing a flurry of blows as a non-lethal attack (and if one of those hit then she will strike him prone}

(@Superbad: I'm rolling two more attack rolls for you to account for advantage. Let's see if you get a crit: 14, 17.)
(@Drache: At {J-20}, I'm not sure you'd have a visual on the warlord. I'm putting you at {J-19} instead.)
Seeing only one enemy still standing, Kandalou approaches {O-19} and cuts the warlord twice. The defenseless dwarf stumbles even more than he did before. (Duergar Warlord takes 14 magical slashing damage.)
Kalak runs to the other side of the wall separating him from the action and lobs a fire bolt in an attempt to finish the job. The wizard is a bit too cautions in trying to not inadvertently hit any of his allies who stand between him and his mark. In his prudence, he misses his shot.
From behind a nearby corner, an illithid emerges already pointing its palm at the group menacingly. Even a perceptive Quadere is surprised by the mind flayer's ability to remain unseen up until this point. By the time the rrakkma realizes it, it is too late. An invisible but powerful brain wave is released in their direction in such a way, that only a distant Vishnu is not targeted.
-> INT saving throws {DC 15}:
Kalak: 22
Kandalou: 6 + 3+ 4= 13(accounting for Bless and BardicInspiration - reference.)
-> Throwing in a Bless die for Kandalou, Quadere, and Ven, in this order: 3, 2, 2.
Kalak, Quadere, and Ven manage to resist the forceful mind blast, but the others are not so lucky. Kandalou and Shai each feel as if their heads had gone on standby for a minute, and the pain is pretty intense too. (Kandalou takes 22 psychic damage; Shai takes 22 psychic damage. Both are also stunned and incapacitated.)
The unconscious duergar soldier expires due to the brain damage.
Those who remained unaffected now understand why the warlord took a few steps back. He was drawing the group closer to the effective hiding corner. The mind flayer then takes a few steps back himself, getting some cover behind the enlarged warlord.
NOTES: It's dim light everywhere in this cave. Unless you have a way to counteract it, your perception checks and search actions are done at disadvantage. It does not affect attack rolls.
(Shai, Quadere, Ven, Vishnu, Kandalou, and Kalak may all take their turns.)

(@Shadow: In light of the new piece on the board, you may want to reconsider your post. If not, let me know. Separately, note that the warlord is not prone.)
(@Superbad: It is up to you whether to use your Bardic Inspiration. Even though I roll most saving throws on players' behalf, I did not want to make that decision for you. If you are after all still stunned then your next turn is mostly wasted. You can roll an INT saving throw at the end of your stunned turn.)
As the wave of mental force hits Shai, all she can do is grasp her head in her hands, staggering back slightly as it continues to rush over here, and wait for the feeling to pass, unable to do much more and perhaps waiting for a blow to connect......blood seeping between her fingers.

Ven recognises his nemesis, a mind-flayer. "Spread out ! Do not stay close to each other." Ven sheathes his rapier and rushes away from his companion (to P23) while weaving magic with his now free-hand. "Let's rock n' roll!", he shouts as he casts Shatter (at level 4).
> CON DC 15or 24 of Thunder damage (1/2 if succeed)
Seeing Shai paralysed by the psionic power, he starts to sing "I'm not afraid... To take a stand... Shai my Friend... Come take my hand... We'll walk this road together, through the storm...you're not alone.." > Inspiration Die (d8) for Shai...
