Visibly shuddering for the moment, she tries to bury the memory for the time being as she replies to Knox, "Well whatever you did to bring me back I really appreciate it. I NEVER want to experience again." she shares rather forcefully. Looking at the remains of the creature she continues, "And I agree, l let's get the the Hells out of here. Somewhere where I could pass out safely for a day or two would be nice. My head is killing me." Without saying anything else, she quickly gathers her things and walks towards the remains of the creature. Stopping in front of it, Vera kicks it hard a few times for good measure before heading in the opposite direction they originally came from.

Towards the end of your fifth day of travel after the "Ingredient Incident," you spot what appears to be a troglodyte walking towards you in the tunnels. What's odd about him, though, is he doesn't seem to have the same shambling gait of most troglodytes, and also seems to be missing the mindless aggression and hunger.
Before any of you can say anything, however, another chorus of sounds breaks out, this one even more horrifying than the other 2 you previously heard. Demonic screeches resound all around the cavern walls, seeming to come from nowhere and everywhere. You also seem to catch disembodied voices screaming for help, but can't quite make out any words.

Knox turns his head, trying futilely to find the source of the noises, holding his hand high to allow the flame therein, to better cast its light.
As Knox begins to lower his arm, a sound like ropes or cords being tightened under great tension, can be heard.
Knox slows, coming to a standstill, only close examination would show the micro tremors from every limb, as all of his corded and fibrous muscles, attempt to contract with full force.
A low quiet hum can be heard coming from Knox' head, as whatever condition is affecting the rest of his body seems to also be affecting whatever part of him is used to make sound.
Jhazaal blinks his eyes several times, then shkes his head, frowing as his vision doesn't clear. He rubs at his eyes and then frowns again, still seeing the strange images and sights around him.
