As you take down one giant and converge on another, three more appear from the forges, where the molten iron is flowing from the foundry. One after the other, they drop their forging tools and draw their greatswords.
The hexed giant (with whom Matrix and Flint are engaged) doesn't like being flanked. He disengages and moves under the gantry, daring the duo to come follow him.
Most of the giants spend their time repositioning, and reacting to the inexplicable fact that they are being assaulted by such a small band of puny intruders.
One of the giants (the one that had been distracted earlier by Don) takes cover behind one of the superheated smelters, picks up some more molten iron, and throws it at Ink. <Kill the mages first! Then find Zaltember.> He shouts.

The last giant comes in to attack Crownsguard, stepping over the body of his slain compatriot to do so.
Ink feels the haste spell fade away and looks down at the damage.... "Crap." He turns to see the escaping young giant, muttering, "Too far."
Seeing Crownsguard slowly come to, a smile crosses his face... He yells, "We should try to run out of here, but we might need help with that, so...."
Ink reaches out and waves of transmutative energy slam into Crownsguard. Ink calls out, "Don't fight it!" The gears and panels reshape... Crownsguard starts to impossibly grow in size... Small rubber and silica tube begin to protrude from all over his body. As the magic finishes, a Giant Ape, as mechanical as it is living, lies where Crownsguard once was.

The "prince" that the other giants were speaking of is running south/east along the gantry towards an opening in the south wall that seems to lead to another room. It is difficult to see what's in the this room, through all the heat waves.
Lastly, 20-foot-tall double doors, made from riveted iron plates, stand in the north and south walls of this room. Both sets of doors are currently closed.

The hexed giant approaches cautiously, understanding that something magical is happening to him and not wanting to be caught off guard. He trails behind Crownsguard, taking a defensive position (dodge action). Any attacks targeting the hexed giant this round are made with disadvantage.
Crownsguard, Matrix, and Flint all have 1/2 cover (+2 AC) against ranged attacks due to the heavy amount of machinery and infrastructure here in the foundry. Anyone on the gantry still has 3/4 cover.

Flint throws his magical hammer at the closest giant, and also uses his spiritual weapon to put the hurt on. As he attacks with his spiritual weapon, he moves it further south to follow Crownsguard's intended path.
The magic hammer returns to his hand like magic after he throws it.
Ink gets out of the way of the incoming slag and dashes towards the entrance they came in by.
Meanwhile, Quill does a flyby of the fire giant being harassed by the spiritual weapon providing help on the next attack against it before pulling up out if reach!

Don commands Edgar to cast Light onto the nearest giant to him trying to cause his head to light up. He then yells out mimicking the prince's voice, "Run! Can't you see his head is gonna explode."
Edgar will also fly by and help anyone she can help.
