Ink seeing the rock fly by looks concerned, but more pressing.... Ink concentrates and moves the flaming sphere to whichever orog looks the most damages that's within 30' of the sphere's current position.  (DC 15 DEX Save, 6 fire damage, save for half).

Quill swoops in at the orog facing off against Narsh, doing his flyby harassment before flying up out of reach //giving advantage - I've been forgetting about Quill!!!//

Narsh seizes the opportunity and stabs at the orog ( Attack: 18 Damage: 4 ) before disengaging and running back 30' readying his hand crossbow. Hearing Rip, Narsh responds, "No! We must save Triboar! I must protect Alaestra!"

Ink steps into combat with the orog, getting between the orog and Narsh, and swipes at him with his scimitar yelling at him - "Hey Ugly, I'm over here!" ( Attack: 18 Damage: 7 )

Ink's flaming sphere continues to follow the orog, keeping the heat on him—literally. He is now sweating profusely, and several areas of his armor are blackened by the magical flames. He looks around, desperate to get away from the heat.

The orog engaged with Ink the stab and slash—Ink's scimitar slashes across his face, cutting him deep, and he rumbles a deep, throaty growl at the elf wizard.

The Fire Bolt slams into the Orog's head and as it claws at it's melting face Foehammer takes one of it's legs off at the knee. As the Orag falls the smith swings his ax up through it's neck, cleanly severing it's head.

"Old man that!"

"Psshh it was already dead from my fire bolt!"

Both Rip and Foehammer move to help Marav, give the baddies 1 more thing to try to hit at least. Don't forget hunters mark

Flint casts healing word on Narth for 8 then attacks the axebeak threatening Othovir: Attack: 12 Damage: 10 while yelling: "WIZARD! IF WE FALL YE'LL FACE THESE GIANTS ALONE! BETTER TA JOIN FORCES!" Persuasion: 14.

If the axebeak survives, Othovir will disengage and go in the smithy to help anyone trapped in there.

Otherwise he will cast firebolt at the Orog fighting Ink Attack: 16 Damage: 1 and seek cover behind the melee.

// Update: there are three orogs left—one engaged with Ink, and two still engaged with Marav & Urgala & Angel—if the damage they dealt to Marav is enough to cause him to revert back to his real form, Urgala will need to succeed on a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw or land prone next to Marav. //

The orog by Foehammer taken down and her horse doing okay after that hit will charge on to another orog this time the one attacking the elf wizard she spoke to earlier. She, on top of her horse, slashes at it twice with her Greatsword.

Attack 2: 13 for 9

Angel will keep attempting to pummel the orog that he is currently engaged woth. Angel let’s out two more quarterstaff attacks followed by a swift kick in the shin.

The first hit causes Marav to switch back grunting in pain as the weapon hits him hard. The 2nd blow staggers him.

He shakes his head, moves his hunter's mark to the closest Orog and leaps at him changing into a Dire Wolf once again.

Urgala jumps back as she feels Marav changing back. Dex: 11

"Stay with me buddy," she says to Marav.

Urgala manages to stay on her feet and attacks the nearest wounded Orog.

Urgala Attack 1: 15 Damage: 11
Urgala Attack 2: 6 Damage: 8

The orogs, confused by the sudden shifting of forms, change up their tactics reflexively 

Attacking Urgala: 16 Damage: 8
Attacking Urgala: 20 Damage: 5

 Attacking Marav: 24 Damage: 11
Attacking Marav: 7 Damage: 13

The orog closest to the burning sphere then runs away from it, around Marav and towards Ink, closing the distance with surprising speed (he provokes an attack of opportunity from Marav and Urgala, if you'd like to take it). 

The orog that has been dueling with Ink once again moves to engage Narth and attacks: "You will be MINE, yoooman!"
