Saros is with Darrik, so 40ft, but he will be wanting to be in cover if possible, say using Bearrik's mass if there are no trees....as the lession he learnt at the previous encounter is that hedoes not make a very good pincushion.

(@Shadow & @MuggsHill: Ok. Bearrik and Saros are 40 feet behind Ghee. There is a bend in the upwardly sloped path the group is taking, so neither of you have seen the bugbear. He has not spotted you either. Saros is using Bearrik's full mass to his advantage, earning full cover from any enemies coming from the front, but not from anyone approaching from behind.)
As the bugbear howls in the direction he came from, each of Khan, Ang, and Bleepprepare a ranged shot. Khan's and Bleep's angle of attack give them a good view of the trophies the tall goblinoid carries in his belt. Both of them arrive at the independent conclusion that the two fresher heads belonged to T'arb and G'oin, the orange and red grungs Khan had enlisted into the team as the rearguard after OGA + Watchers defeated the rival grungs in battle several days ago. The more decayed head is harder to identify, but Khan picks up on enough detail to accomplish the task: this one belonged to her previous second in command, the red grung called c'Ahbülos. This removes any doubt that the Batiri group attacking this settlement may not have been the same one that ambushed OGA and sent Bleep's brothers running (as per y'all's backstories.)
Before reinforcement can arrive, Ghee has a chance to respond to the bugbear's questions. Instead of role-playing as a villager to attempt to deceive, the dwarf asks some aggressive questions of his own. The bugbear grimaces in response and lets out a war cry: "Ahrrgh!" Vegetation begins to rustles more wildly just behind the bugbear, indicating his companions are arriving.
(OOC: Khan, Ang, and Bleep may roll their readied attacks. We'll roll for initiative right after that so, if anyone wants to roll their own initiative this time, feel free!)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Ohohohoho! She's gonna want that bugbear's blood on her hands PERSONALLY! Cue Kill Bill Sirens again)
The moment the recognition is made Khan can hear the sirens again... could feel her blood begin to boil... and taste... practically taste the bugbears blood on her lips already! And so the Urchin bullet is let loose in vengeance as much as in rage.
--->Initiative: 19. --->Ready Shot: Urchin Bullet. [Lethal, Urchin Shot, Poisoned]Slingshot - Attack: 19 Damage: 9 piercing. Con Save(DC 12) or take 5 Poison.

The grungs take advantage of their hidden position to aim carefully at the bugbear and hit him flawlessly. The goblinoid reacts not only to the piercing sensation of the projectiles but also to some of their poison coating. He instinctively takes a few steps back after being hit. (Batiri Chief takes 50 piercing and poison damage.)
A moment later, a large ogre carrying a compact fort on its shoulders bursts out of the foliage with a roar. Inside of the fort, four more Batiri goblins prepare for battle with what looks like an infinite supply of javelins. The chief warns his followers of the threats in the area.

"No time for bluffing, just a swift attack.." thinks Ang. She climbs up the tree and tries to hide in the foliage. When she gets a clear aim at the large bugbear, she releases her bolt.
Hide (bonus action): 28
Light crossbow (Adv if the hiding works): 26 ; damage 4 + poison (DC12 or 7) + sneak damage : 9
(@Grimnir: If you'd like to hide again after attacking "in your last turn," then you must move. Simply hiding in the same place you attacked from before is not enough. Enemies would deduce where you are. I'll go ahead and move Ang a bit.)
Bleep hops down a few branches and hides behind the tree. Before the enemies can deduce where he might have gone, the green grung releases another bolt. It enters one of the bugbear's cheeks and exits the other, severely impairing his ability to speak. (Batiri Chief takes 31 piercing damage.)
Ang's movement mirrors her companion's. She moves a bit higher up the tree {Q-76} and shoots her own projectile before the enemies can reassess her new hiding spot. Unfortunately, she squeezes the trigger a bit too soon and her aim suffers. The bolt deflects away from one of the armor patches the bugbear is wearing.
Bearrikbarrels forward and quite quickly catches up to the Batiri Chief {S-71, T-72}. The bear has gone feral again (Rage.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Saros steps up until he has line of sight to the Batari Chief and is ~60ft away and still close to trees (potential cover), before casting Toll the Dead at the Chief (WIS DC15 or 14 damage), and then finishes his turn by moving behind the nearest tree to provide cover from any projectiles.

Saros walks cautiously toward Ghee but also a bit sideways to ensure he has line of sight to the Batiri Chief from his recluse location. From about 50 feet away from his target, he relies once more on his simple but trusty spell.
The bugbear coughs up a clot of blood and his constitution becomes more sickly. He is not doing so well with the sudden barrage of attacks. (Batiri Chief takes 14 necrotic damage.)
The bear's frame is not too hard to hit, though one Batiri manages to throw his projectile wide of the mark. (Bearrik takes 8 piercing damage, already halved.)
Ang is also readying her crossbow, aiming at the head of the bugbear...
