Much like Cawkrin, Bleep simply continues to go about his morning for now. He is trying to walk away the last little bit of exhaustion that his muscles are still feeling.
Out in the hall, Ghee drops his tools and strikes the nearest flaming skull before it has a chance to attack him. The two first hits land on the arcane creature before it finally throws up a magical shield to block the other two attacks. (Flameskull#1 takes 17 magical bludgeoning damage.)
Swaying away from the threat, Ghee pops his head into Lord Weirding's room to warn his team of the creatures outside. He then partially backtracks his steps and ends up in front of Celest's room's door.
(Ang's turn is still up. Please recall that Ang has disadvantage on all STR- and DEX-based d20 rolls.)
Seeing the worry in Ghee's face and noticing he has not yet fully recovered from the previous fight, Ang runs after the dwarf {BL-6} and dresses some of his wounds while he stands in front of the door leading into Celest's room. (Ghee heals for 13 HP.)
Ang can now see the four floating skulls around the corner.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Khan takes one look at B'loop's condition, and then glances over B'lip and shakes her head. Since Ghee didn't mentioned goblins, it was doubtful whatever nonsense came up was something easy or natural. "If hostile enter, you attack. For now, stay in room or work way outside." She gestures to any windows to the left of the building. "Keep brother safe. Ang. You and Bleep with Khan."She says, just prior to rushing out the door.
She springs from wall to wall to ease passing by Ghee, and all but immediately regrets it. "Oh for Nangnang's sake! Khan warned against this!" She groused. Despite half a mind to leave Ghee to his fate out of crankiness alone, she broke out the sling shot for a quick shots, before then lowering her stance in preparation of springing out of the way of whatever the skulls had up their nonexistent sleeves.
Movement: To BK-7.
Action: Frog Kenpo - Flying Monkey, Hidden Jaculi. [Lethal, Short Range]Slingshot - Attack: 10 Damage: 8 piercing at Skelly Head(BJ-21). [Lethal, Short Range]Slingshot - Attack: 21 Damage: 8 piercing at Skelly Head(BJ-21) or next head in line, if 1st shot killed the other.
Bloop nods back at Khan, indicating that he understands he is responsible for keeping Blip safe. The orange grung than rushes out of the room, making use of the walls to bypass Ghee (and Ang). Seeing the flying skulls, Khan almost instinctively releases two of her sling bullets at the closest one. Unfortunately for her, they are both stopped by the creature's recently erected shield.
(OOC: This is a reminder that I'll be rolling dice in the Encounter Builder on my end. You can see my rolls in the Game Log, which can be accessed in the top-right corner of your character sheet. I'll put the saving throws in the Game Log as well.)
The arcane skulls somehow fan the flames surrounding them. From their eye sockets, some of the flames become targeted rays:
-> [Tooltip Not Found] vs. Ang: Miss;
-> [Tooltip Not Found] vs. Ang: Hit (Uncanny Dodge reaction, reference; Ang takes 7 fire damage);
-> [Tooltip Not Found] vs. Ghee: Miss;
-> [Tooltip Not Found] vs. Ghee: Hit (Ghee takes 7 fire damage);
-> [Tooltip Not Found] vs. Khan (dodge): Hit (Khan takes 18 fire damage);
One of two rays aimed at each of the adventurers in the hall finds its mark, with the orange frogling being particularly more sensitive to the flames. Not yet done with their attacks, the fourth skull launches a Fireball at the trio:
The explosion brings Ghee down, while Ang and Khan manage to barely remain conscious. The skulls remain in place, but the hall is now alight with fire. Wall paper melts and reveals plaster underneath. Floor boards are now on fire, as are some of the hall furniture. The paintings are not aflame yet, but the fire is growing.
Within Celest's room, Gnator screams himself awake. The door to the room is still closed (and not burned yet), but the rise in temperature is quite sudden and noticeable. He moves to wake Celest.
(Pending any reactions, Saros and Darrik are up next.)

(OOC: I'll resolve Darrik's turn while we wait for Saros' turn to be posted.)
Hearing an explosion, Darrikruns toward the commotion and finds himself right at the frontline {BK-8}. He now sees the four skulls just ahead of him, with the nearest one being cracked from recent damage.
Saros, seeing the hearing the explosion and seeing the flame, is up in an instant, tome tucked under one arm he dashes out the door, sums up the carnage and continues to dash into Celest's room, yelling to the others on seeing the flaming skulls "Hells, what happened.....we have to get out of here....into Celest's room so we can barricade if possible and get escape out the window to the cellar" (OOC: either directly, or back into the mansion through the door and down through the way we went at the dinner party).
Not wanting to get caught in any attack he will close, but not secure the door behind him, and position himself by the wall behind (BJ-7?)
"Celest, Gnator - get that window clear NOW!! We need to get out of here!!"
Saros runs into the hall, assess the situation, and makes his way into Celest's room. He relays his plan loudly enough so that all companions can hear it: escape through Celest's room's window and reconvene in the underground cellar.
To put the plan in motion, Saros orders the two strongest people in the group Celest and Gnator to push heavy furniture away from the window, undoing the barricade.
NOTES: Doors and broken window marked with blue arrows. Variant "Hitting Cover" rule applies. Rooms 13 and 15 are Lord Weirding's Chamber. Room 16 is Celest's Chamber. Rooms 14 and 18 jointly form the Study Library. Both rooms marked as 17 constitute the Study Lab (corpses and evil eye). I'll be rolling DM rolls in the new Encounter Builder feature in the site, as a test.
Cawkrin perks up and yelps in rhythmic way: "We didn't start the fire! No, we didn't light it, but we tried to fight it!"
He follows(Cunning Action)Saros into the hallway but, noticing the danger, stops for a moment to release a crossbow bolt at the nearest skull. The skull renews its Shield just in time to avoid being hit.

LOL - good point - but I thought the others might be trying to save Ghee - Cawkrin can help as well (if we have time)

Now alert, Bleep moves to the room where the action is (to BJ-6) and sees that odd situation unfolding in front of his eyes. Looking at the flickering flames around thee room, he now knows the dangers the strange skulls pose. Wanting to give his new prize a whirl, he pulls off a star from his left shoulder and throws it at the closest one. It splits into seven magical bolts, which crash into the skull.
Bleepmoves out of the lord's room and into the hallway. Space is getting tight here (difficult terrain), but he finds just enough room to pause, look at the nearest enemy, and test out his new trick. Although the magical darts looks accurate, they fizzle as soon as they touch the creatures magical shield.
Looking for a safer spot to be on, Bleep then slips into Celest's room {BJ-6}.
The fact that a few folks have now rushed past Ghee's unconscious body has apparently stirred the air and forced some oxygen into the dwarf. He suddenly opens his eyes, coughs some blood, and realizes he was out for a few seconds. The flames around him are growing and approaching some other magical paintings.
(Ghee rolled a Nat20 on a DEATH saving throw at the top of his turn, which means he can actually take his full turn as normal. Just be mindful that Ghee starts the turn prone. So, both Ghee's and Ang's turns are still up.)

A still exhausted Bloop looks back at Khan, clearly waiting for clear orders. For now, he simply raises his shortbow and readies an arrow.
