Kraven you enter a room, it looks to have been carved out of a bone, the walls are covered with weapon racks, and there is a skeleton working, this skeleton seems to move a little more freely, or lose than the others. Almost as if he is a little less animated and more conscious. There is still some flesh on him, perticularry on the head, which is bearded and capped with a "viking" helm. He seem to be wearing armor but how functional it is your not sure over the armor is a tabard with a logo on it of motifs of forges, tongs, and hammers. He are shorter and wider than other skeletons you have seen. The work this skeleton is doing is moving weapons around putting them away or in their proper place.
Kuatho you are silent as you move, the get to a turn after about 50 feet when you feel a drop of something hit your shoulder, then look up as another glop of muck drops into your eyes and you make your way back trying to clear your eyes out, which you do so easyily enough.
Kraven studies the creature a bit longer as one of his feathered hands drops to his side feeling the war hammer resting there. Wonder if this is the creature that made it. He wonders as he silently moves back to report to the group.
"There is a.....larger," Kraven puffs his feathers up to look beefier, "skeleton down that corridor working at some kind of forge. A lot of the images around the room match this weapon I found back there," pointing off in the direction they came, "a bit ago. Not sure if friendly or what, but I suggest we go introduce ourselves."
"Give me a moment." Vlar says with a shrug. He pushes off the wall and starts to cast detect magic as a ritual. Once done he would nod that he is ready to check out this forge.
(( OOC: Did I miss something? Where is the forge? Isn't he a (probable) ex-smith who is now moving around weapons in a rack? OFC I could easily have misunderstood... ;-) ))
Freb carefully steps over the piles of bones in the aftermath of the battle he and Mist sat out. The oversized halfling still being carried in the golem's billowy arms. Feet dangling below pantlegs ending well above the ankle now.
The pair stride into the armory, completely oblivious to the proceedings. Mist takes in the room with a glance and gives a low whistle.
"Quite the collection yeh got goin' fer yerself, Mr. Skeleton, sir. D'ya make 'em or jus' stow 'em? Mind if I take a look? I'd gladly pay, should anythin' catch my eye..."
Mist looks back at the armorer and raises an eyebrow.
"You lot just plowed through how many o' these bone piles? What's he gonna do? Swing a saber at me?" He chuckles and returns his attention to the lone skeleton toiling away diligently.
Vlar glances around at the weapons and then shrugs. "None of the weapons are magical." He informs the group, then steps back to the door, waiting there as the others check out the chamber and speak to the skeleton.
I am sorry I thought I posted this. (School year just started for me and I am still trying to figure out my new schedule and when will be best to look and post on DnDBeyond)
When you start to talk to the skeleton he does not seem to respond, for a lack of better words he is glazzed over and he continues to work. When the hammer is pressented to him he grabs it just as he has any other weapon, then the green light in his eye grow brighter.
With a ghostly sigh the skeleton starts to talk through an unmoving mouth "Thank you, without my hammer I lose most of what little of me there is left. I led a fleet of dwarven warships on an assault into the Labryne Basin. The lich destroyed them all but spared me for some reason. Kalvikodas made me his quartermaster, as some sikc joke, I am to spend eternity equipping the skeletons of my former comrades now in the Kalvikodas' service."
"'S a right sad story, Slim," Mist says to the skeleton.
Looking to his comrades he bites his lip momentarily before saying, "What say we do this poor sod a favor and remove the obstacle keepin' him from his well-earned rest?"
Turning his attention back to the dwarven quartermaster he asks, "You wouldn't happen to know where this Kalvin Onerous is, would you? I just have some questions for him. Nothin' too serious. Just need to find out if it's possible to pull his toes out of his mouth..."
(Unless anyone [including the skeleton] has something else, for the sake of expedience, Mist will just head in the direction he points us.)
Kuatho nods silently and heads to the south to check out the sounds.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Vlar shrugs and leans against one of the walls as he waits for the scouts to report back.

Vlar the wall is moist and sticky.

(There is no forge, it is a weapons room, the skeleton is organizing the weapons

Kuatho nods and walks forward, looking to see what the skeleton is doing, looking through the weapons as he goes, looking for anything of fine make.

[OOC: Kraven is unfortunately just as stupid as I am sometimes, I might have just electroplated that there was a forge, :) ]
(OOC: Same response from Vlar, cast detect magic and go to see if anything around the skeleton is magical.)
The skeleton is just in the room moving weapons from one spot to an other.
Vlar other than the normal amount of magic that you have seen there is nothing new, this skeleton might be shinning a bit brighter.
And I have updated the map.

Kraven creeps up to Mist, "You dropped this back there, might need it." Then hands him the war hammer and fades back into the shadows.
Vlar glances around at the weapons and then shrugs. "None of the weapons are magical." He informs the group, then steps back to the door, waiting there as the others check out the chamber and speak to the skeleton.
Kuatho walks over with Mist, asking merely "Why are you here? Where are you from?"

While crouching in the shadows Kraven will take a more focused look around the room and see if anything shiny catches his eye.
