so I have a high level sorcerer (aberrant mind) but I want to be able to use the spell Arcanist's Magic Aura ! is there anyway mechanical way I can have access to this spell on my spell list without needing to put levels into wizard/cleric

I'd talk to your DM and see if they'll allow it. AM sorcerers can access wizard spells, but only divination/enchantment -- it's always struck me as a bit weird illusion isn't on that list too. Since DDB isn't set up for the Psionic Spells subclass feature, you have to homebrew your spell list anyway if you use it
Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be a divination or an enchantment spell from the sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell list.

You could multiclass into Eldritch Knight or Arcane Trickster, since they use the wizard spell list.
Barring that, you'd need homebrew. Some particularly low-hanging fruit for homebrew is modifying Shadow Touched to let you swap Invisibility for any 2nd level illusion or divination spell which is no better than invisibility, where "better" is defined by your DM. Magic Aura is significantly worse than Invisibility by any reasonable measure, so I can't see any DM objecting to a homebrewed Shadow Touched that gives you Magic Aura.
I see no reason not to allow a feat to grant a 2nd level spell, considering Misty Step (possibly the single best 2nd level spell) can be granted by official feats.

yeah Shadow touches a good idea I was planning to take that Next Level anyway! I'll have to talk to my DM about it! but other than that multiclassing looks to be my only solution and I can't go Eldritch Knight because I'm already a Echo Knight lol!
Also I agree invisibility is overall more useful but we are in a campaign where magic is illegal and anything other than a humanoid is also not good and all of the guards and stuff have detect Magic so in this very niche circumstance this spell is perfect
Remember, a magic item is always an option as well. Especially in the world you describe it sounds like an item with this effect that anyone could use would be very useful.

Arcanist's Magic Aura is a level 2 wizard / arcana domain cleric spell
Hmmm I can't think of any way to get access to it without getting into homebrew.

My homebrew subclasses (full list here)
(Artificer) Swordmage | Glasswright | (Barbarian) Path of the Savage Embrace
(Bard) College of Dance | (Fighter) Warlord | Cannoneer
(Monk) Way of the Elements | (Ranger) Blade Dancer
(Rogue) DaggerMaster | Inquisitor | (Sorcerer) Riftwalker | Spellfist
(Warlock) The Swarm
Another RAW solution would to multiclass into bard. You need 6 levels but at least it is a charisma based class.
For things like this, ask the DM and hope they're nice about it.
