Never in this form. They announced months ago they'll no longer be supporting UA. The final, official version will be available with the purchase of whichever book they're included in once it's released.
Plasmoid sneaky bear totem will be hilarious, squeeze by the inch corner of a room wall to floor and when behind the target grow arm grapple into ooze puddle and he can drown as he struggles cant speak cant see in plasmoid, i can die my top puddle like and bottom dark cant scream as you grapple grow pseudopod 10ft towards next to ally, shape face, whisper bring me my weapons.
is there any limit to what arms grow out can you shape self limbs to resemble any race, while allies awake you form a face right in allies face troll head spider legs hand come out of mouth.
if plasmoid can split in two, at half health each one size class less than you each then rune knight giants might you have 2 large oozes
as druid wildshape can you still shape self and grow more arms and legs and a second head in wildshape.
can i wildshape into shark grow legs arms and walk on ground (land shark)
fix to bugboy astral arms the little arms and you can grapple with strength and wisdom WISDOM STRENGTH MONK BUILD. AND YOU CAN HOLD 4 heavy weapons or 2 heavy crossbows.
Not until the book that they come out in (which isn't even announced yet) is officially released. They will not be coming in UA version. If you want to play these UA versions, you have to make them on this site's Homebrew toolset, or find someone that has already done that.

This has already been answered several times, maybe read a bit of a thread before asking a question
Myself I am just waiting for someone to ask "I know that DDB isn't doing UA anymore, but do you think they will make an exception for this UA?" I don't know but I feel someone has to ask it with the way the internet is nowadays.
EDIT:
So with that stated this UA may actually cover more then one book, as This UA covers a Darksun race, a Planescape race, and then you have the Spelljammer races. This has been done recently with the Fey races UA being Wild Beyond the Witchlight, and Strixhaven.

I think you're right on the latter after the edit point, though I think it's also possible some sort of Spelljamming Planescaper mashup could be possible with Dark Sun just being a "psych!" tease, so to speak.
The former I'm sure will pop up.

"Spellscape" and "Planejammer" are both great names, just sayin'.

Spellscaping someone's planejamming, and planejamming someone's spellscape are the leading causes of multi-dimensional multiversal conflcit.
The idea that people think this combination is even humane revolts me. Same as peanut butter and jam/jelly - it's MORALLY WRONG. Now, let me deprive you of your peanut-butter chocolate and give you a chocolate hazelnut sandwich instead. There. Nice and easy, and now you won't have sick stomachs or glued-together teeth!
(Stupid allergies. My body really needs to stop trying to kill itself whenever I accidentally eat/consume a peanut or treenut. Or shellfish. Or poppy seeds. Or penicillin. Or pet a dog, cat, horse, rabbit, goat, or sheep. Or so much as go outside. Or stay inside because I'm allergic to dustmites, too.)

Ok, how about chocolate and bread, chocolat au pain, I think the originators call it, often repped by chocolate baked(?) within a croissant? I can see Spelljamming being the rich chocolate flowing within a larger baked planescape multiverse, they're tastes mutually informing each other. Now I'm hungry despite having made French toast and sausages for brunch.

They won’t. They will wait until the official versions get published. DDB is no longer supporting UA content.

In addition to the Thri-kreen, I have now also finished fully implementing the Astral Elf on DDB. If anyone is interested, PM me.

IMO, a good croissant needs no such distractions. (And I’m a certified chocoholic.)
Edit: Ma, sono italiano. Quindi panettone tostato e nutella è un assaggio di paradiso per mio.
