Hollow unbreakable arrows are the most OP common magic item, and my current method of coming up with insane combat shenanigans.
if you make a steel pipe with one end closed and a nozzle on the other, you can enlarge it, fill with any liquid, and then drop concentration, creating a high pressure squirt gun. (or a pipe bomb, depending if it holds)
Mage hand, mending, or prestidigitation. Being able to instantly warm/cool or flavor stuff would not only be handy, but it’s a great party trick.
All these with Prestidigitation barely ahead of the others. The imagination is pretty much the only limitation to how that cantrip can be useful in nearly all situations.
However, if I were a clinician, I would easily take Spare the Dying and dive right into the ICU.

Guidance. That little oomph whenever I need to do something would be as useful irl as it is in game. Though thaumaturgy would be super fun for pranking people.
Though I would be tempted to take Prestidigitation (if only so I never had to do laundry again, among its other fun traits), but I feel I would have to pick Spare the Dying - too much good one can do with that.
Prestidigitation. Most people don't realize how insane that cantrip is.
For one thing, you can create a nonmagical trinket, and, given how vague "trinket" is, it could be just about anything that can fit in your hand. Just make sure you use it fast, since it only lasts six seconds.
Forgot your keys? Boom. Prestidigitation. Need some toilet paper? Boom. Prestidigitation. Need to break some glass? Make a broken sparkplug and boom. Prestidigitation. Need a screwdriver? Boom. Prestidigitation.
Plus, you'll never have to do dishes again, wash clothes again, worry about cold or heat (unless it's in an extreme case), have to eat bad food, or even buy matches ever again.

I am unruly in the stands (I am a rock on top of the sand) I am a fist amidst the hands And I make a wreck out of my hand (I make a fist and not a plan) And I break it just because I can
Mage hand doesn’t seem too useful, the reason I’m saying this is only because there are already long reach grabber tools, and hands. (Would be a second choice though)
if I didn’t get mending, I would probably get guidance, so I’m good at everything, and seem to have insane luck, or prestidigitation.

Presti has a ton of really cool uses and would absolutely be Choice #2. But Mage Hand allows you to manipulate objects remotely so long as you can see them. That's a "make scads of cash" ability. Need to handle rare, dangerous isotopes behind a heavy blast shield? Mage Hand makes it trivial. Medical procedures on a subject inside a sterilization chamber or other such isolation? Absolutely, though I'd need a med degree. Manipulating objects within a hazardous area, such as many industrial environments? No sweat. The ability to easily manipulate even just small objects (or controls!) without any need of special equipment or holes in your containment makes Mage Hand a crazy money maker. On top of just completely enabling total laziness, heh.
Prestidigitation is probably the most obvious answer. It does so much.
I would like to give an honourable mention though to druidcraft. In the game itself, this cantrip is mediocre, but if you had it in the real world, it'd be invaluable. You can significantly speed up the growth of a seed you plant or make a flower bloom faster, you can predict the weather for the next 24 hours accurately which is very useful for your daily plans, you can use it for fragrance, and it's also a lighter you can use as many times as you want.
Also guidance might also be pretty awesome in the real world, even though it's vague how it would affect you in that context. The cantrip would make you just a little bit better at everything you do (since unlike D&D PCs, we use ability checks 99% or 100% of the time), which can have some pretty amazing cumulative effects over the course of your life.
This question is simple really, which cantrip (can be from any spell list)
I would personally choose mending, so that anything that gets damaged while I’m using it (a phone, for example) can be repaired to pristine condition.

Mending.
Comics and collectibles in perfect condition
Many minor accidents like a torn shirt, no longer a thing
Close toss up between Mage Hand and Mending.
Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.

Mage Hand 100 %. Minor Illusion would also be cool, but not sure it'll be useful. Or perhaps Thaumaturgy.

I feel like I would need to be looking for ways to use Prestidigitation every day, but I'd use Mage Hand much more.

Prestidigitation would legit make my entire life so much easier, it's not even close.
PRESTIDIGITATION ALL THE WAY!!! Holy moly, I wish I had this in real life.

What???
No one wants Eldritch Blast? Pretty neat self defense weapon in society of 0 level people....
Well. . . I don't live in a place quite that dangerous

It's overly flashy. If you want to kill people, something that's not as obvious would be better.

Prestidigitation is a clear convenience winner along with Mage Hand.
