The spell states the creature disappears when the creature drops to 0 or the spell ends, when losing concentration the spell ends so the creature disappears.
It occupies the space a regular large creature would occupy and similarly to large creatures it can be mounted.

*I believe it just vanishes once you lose concentration.
*As it is lage size, I would allow someone to ride it in my campaign.

Is the draconic spirit not available as a summoned creature in extras?
Most newer companions/summons are not. Hopefully DDB catches up at some point.

What are the proficiency for it [athletic, acrobatics, ect...]
No skill proficiencies. (None of the newer spell-summons seem to have them.)
