I'm trying to add elderbrain_com content in my campaign, but im only able to only single press click to add separate homebrew race, class and so on. Is there a feature to add everything of someone's work?
Nope. DNDB is a marketplace only for official content. For any 3rd party or homebrew content, you have to use the homebrew tool to program each individual entry. That's by design.
I just don't understand why they can't make it like amazon and let people buy other content from others creators and get a huge cut out of it. Kinda like google play and Apple does.
I would have bought full price this guys book and pay the fee from handlers fee of them being a base platform.

Not if you have a sub; there is a library of published homebrew that you can access with either tier sub. I've never had a sub, so I'm not sure what the features and options are, but there is a ton of homebrew there.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.

This is true, but it's homebrew that other users have made. It is not 3rd party publishers making their content available on the site. In fact, most ask that you NOT do that. So it's stuff that people have made for their home games rather than, say, a book's worth of content from another publisher.

This is actually a thing they are planning to have in the future. I'm a little wary of how it will be implemented after all the OGL stuff, but the vision is to have purchasable 3rd party content that works directly with the D&DB tools.
