I don’t have a printer at home, but will be able to use one tomorrow .
Tried print settings , change to legal size paper etc scale fit to paper but still doesn’t work. I’d like to end with larger print sheet better suited to players with vision issues . A lot of areas of the Default sheet are pretty tiny .
It would be awesome if the "export to pdf" option included some options for text size in the fillable fields because the default font size is too small to be legible for many players. More print options would support those of us who prefer unplugged sessions.
This is 100% a problem in my campaign and it's slowing down play. I need some kind of process to export to PDF that gives us a properly readable character sheet. the problem affects new players and those struggling with vision.
Light-grey text - Why? the words, Saving Throw Modifiers and all of the title headings in the weapons look on the front page are low contrast. If you are new player now familiar with the game or the sheet, you will make surprising mistakes.
Small fonts - These are everywhere from the skills screen to saving throws and pretty much the entire spells sheet.
I need players involved in the game, not leaning searching the character sheets. I'm going to spend a little time on a migration method, but it would be nice if we could show some initiative and create a better character sheet.

Any tips appreciated !
If you get a solution, I would love to hear about it. Sorry, can not help more.
Right now I just edit PDF's, increasing font size. Helps some, but not a lot.
This has been an issue from day one and I don't expect it to ever be fixed in any way.
She/Her Player and Dungeon Master
Convert it to an image and scale the image?
Works poorly on line and cannot print.
For me I use reading glasses for my geezer sight as the printed character sheets is to small of a font.

change DPI to 300+ and pick your new size?
