My favorite homebrew creation is the Homebrew class that I made, though I haven't had the chance to try it out after all of the balancing I put into it. I think you'll find that most people's favorite homebrews will be their own ideas, because those work the best and most immediately with their game/group.

I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?
Right now, it is Wyrlde, the setting I am working on, lol.

My favorite is my revised Alchemist subclass that fixes the shortcomings of the official subclass and really, really adds to the flavor of the subclass drawing inspiration from real world alchemical lore. Too bad I can’t share it here publicly, but if anyone is interested just PM me.
My favourite so far is my Spiritwood druid subclass, which lets you channel the forest through your character and transform into one of three forest spirits (Briar, Ivy, or Oak), with rules for customising it if Ivy or Oak etc. doesn't fit your characters origins. Not only was it immensely fun to make, but it has proven a very fun class on the table. I am pleased that my fiancee has picked it for her character for an upcoming spelljammer game, so it has made it through playtesting and into the actual games organically!
(you can find it in my dmsguild link in my signature (turn your phone sideways if you're mobile!), it's very much worth the pennies!)

100% agree.
My favorite is my artificer specialist: Weaveblade. Combination Psi Warrior fighter with some monk-iness to them. Using the power of their mind to manipulate objects, creatures, and people. And they figured out how to make a laser sword all without tripping over a certain mouse's IP.
My favorite would probably be the Warmonger class I designed. It isn’t (yet) available on DMsGuild but I would like to make it so. I just need to figure out where my notes on it have gone… my favorite homebrew not by me can be found by checking IAmSposta’s DMsGuild account!
