So I just purchased the Subscription for Hero Tier because the increase to the character limit ~ but my gf wants to get me Master tier for X-Mas and I attempted to "upgrade" to the Master Tier just to make sure I could. As it turns out - I have to Cancel my Hero Tier to subscribe to the Master Tier - which makes some sense to be honest. My dilemma is this however, if I were to make a bunch of characters like 20 more for instance, and cancel my subscription - would it simultaneously delete a bunch of characters?

The characters are never deleted. You'd retain the benefits of the Hero sub through the month's duration, after cancelling, since we don't refund for the remainder of the month.
Also, we don't delete the characters, just lock them and then prompt you to pick the six you'd want to keep.
If you buy the Master sub before the Hero benefits expired, you'd never see any changes with your characters at all.
very good question but i'm pretty sure they can transfer your character like they will if you dont have a subscription then decide to get one you dont have to redo your characters.
I also have a similar question do they keep them for some time let say 1 year if you stop your subscription and take it back 4 months later would it be possible to still have those characters ? i mean you can probably have a way to decide which of 6 you keep to move them as subscription free but the over characters are they still be available later to get them back if i want a subscription back ?
i know some compagnie does it for videogame so if you stop you online subscription then decide to subscripe again your character still available but i understand its less problematic since they only stop the account and freez it ...
in here you can still play as free and you will lose the possibility of having more then 6 characters so what happend to the others over 6 ?
