I'm trying to make a barbarian subclass with full caster abilities because I've limited the way it can cast spells and the list of spells it knows severely. However, I can't find a way to make a homebrew subclass that allows me to use a sorcerer spell table to enable the use of these spells, so my level 6 character is stuck with only level 1 spells. Does anyone know how to make the homebrew options allow me to use a full caster table? I already have the level preparation option enabled in the main class settings.
What is Spell Prepare Type set to? It's next to all the other spellcasting stuff right below the main description.

Look at what you've done. You spoiled it. You have nobody to blame but yourself. Go sit and think about your actions.
Don't be mean. Rudeness is a vicious cycle, and it has to stop somewhere. Exceptions for things that are funny. Go to the current Competition of the Finest 'Brews! It's a cool place where cool people make cool things.

Adding spellcasting to a barbarian will only add 1/3 caster progression, the same as Arcane Trickster or Eldritch Knight. There is not way to add full or even half caster progression to the pure martial classes through the homebrew tool.

That's a shame, homebrew should be geared towards letting people make whatever they want and there's no real reason they can't give barbarians full casting abilities if it's nerfed.

Check out my Boss Feats series! They're homebrew feats made to help DMs elevate enemies who have character sheets above levels of normal play!
The homebrewer is really just limited access to the tool that the developers use for official classes and subclasses. There hasn't been an official subclass yet that uses half or full spellcasting, so they haven't spent the time to put that infrastructure in place.

You'll probably need to use Sorcerer as the base class and add the Barbarian features to it.
