Yeah, but everyone has to get off for a bit eventually, even if it is to get up for 10 minutes to do laundry.
Laundry? What do you mean by get up?

Tolkienites! Many of the previously dead cults are returning! We must uphold our title of biggest and most active cult on DDB!
What are some examples?

This isn't actually a signature, just something I copy and paste onto the bottom of all my posts. Or is it? Yep, it is. Or is it..? I’m a hobbit, and the master cranial imploder of the "Oops, I Accidently Destroyed Someone's Brain" cult. Extended sig. I'm actually in Limbo, it says I'm in Mechanus because that's where I get my WiFi from. Please don't tell the modrons, they're still angry from the 'Spawning Stone' fiasco. No connection to Dragonslayer8 other than knowing them in real life.

Post more? I was hoping for some ideas cause I’m stuck. We can always fall back on memes.
I meant on cults. It’s not really important, but I would like to know.

This thread must race against peril, as their quest is one on the edge of a knife. Should Legolas and Gradius stray but a little, and all their work is lost. And maybe they can't carry this thread on for us, but they certainly can carry us to a victory, the likes of which have not been seen since the elder days, before the fall of Godolin and the failing of the line of Kings. Once more unto the playing field we must go!
I may be a heretic, but I give you my word, Legolas and Gradius, and my word means more to me than a mere sword or bow or axe. As such, I have created the following (homebrew) tome, which (uses rules I created and) I have taken from within the depths of the Mines of Moria to present you with, and a Scroll stolen (created by me using similar rules again) from Minas Tirith in the days before Denethor, the final Steward of Gondor.
Using a Text
Some texts grant special bonuses, which can only be gained when a creature spends enough time to read them fully. A creature can only gain the benefits from a given text once, and once read the creature loses all benefits gained after 1d4 weeks unless the book has remained on that creature’s person for most the duration (as the DM, you get the final say on this matter). Most texts follow the following format. Benefits of a book can only be granted once to any given creature.
Language. The language the text is written in (usually Common) is noted here. If the text uses a different effect, such as illustrations, they will also be described here.
Reading Time. The time it takes to read a text is marked here. As a baseline average, assume a competent reader takes 1 hour to read a scroll, or 50 hours for a book. This incorporates a creature taking notes and digesting a text’s contents, not just reading it.
Proficiency. If a text grants a reader proficiency, half proficiency, or similar in one or more skills or tools, it will be marked here. If the proficiency says Half, it means that half a creature’s proficiency bonus can be added to rolls made using the object of the proficiency (does not stack with any other ability that adds your proficiency bonus to a roll).
Benefits. If a text grants a reader benefits beyond a proficiency, it will be marked here. Beneath all this, there is usually a description of the text that conveys the text’s base ideas as well as how the text looks.
Benefits: For one hour after reading, the reader knows if orcs or goblins are present in a 1-mile radius of you, though you don't know their exact location. Additionally, the History proficiency is permanent.
This dusty, massive tome is bound in torn leather. Pages have been ripped out, and smoke and age has blotted out much of the text. What remains is a chilling, evocative account of the siege of Moria, written in the panicked scrawl of the dwarf Nori. The pages do not describe in detail the layout of Moria, rather explaining heavily the habits, songs, and laws of the dwarves of Moria, as well as the orc siege and how Nori's companions fell, including Balin the wise.
Numenorian Scroll
Language: Common or Elvish, includes elegant gold designs
Reading Time: 2 hours
Proficiency: None
Benefits: For seven days after reading, the reader of this scroll can read and write both Elvish and Common, if they couldn't do both already, and also for the duration the reader has advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) checks made towards elves or men.
This scroll is elegantly made, inscribed with both Elvish and Common calligraphy, and adorned by the most elegant gilding and designs made by man or elf. The text details some piece of political lore between elves and the Numenorians, and the DM can decide whether the scroll contains information relevant to the campaign - for instance, the scroll might have been a warning letter to Isuldur in the days before the Last Alliance and that contains key information regarding a certain artifact, or it might have involved a treaty that has recently been broken and that is causing tension between men and elves.
