I'm Exaos and I'm the most awesome thing in all multiverses. If anyone says otherwise they are either Ao, Solanar or Eris in disguise or my awesomeness is just to great for them to comprehend.

Life Pill - Bilbo Baggins (sometime before the start of the novels, when he was in his prime as a writer and historian). Bilbo genuinely seems like he would be a good person to spend time with--the kind of person you could share a drink with as he regaled you with stories of history and culture.
Travel Pill - Rivendell - With its beautiful geography, elegant architecture, and long-lived elves full of old tales (but who are less isolationist than their bretherin in Mirkwood or Lothlórien), one could spend hours learning ancient tales, listening to melodic songs, or simply wandering and taking in the sights.
Body pill: Arwen or Galadriel. Or Luthien if we’re doing Silmarillion characters.
Come of think of it, there aren’t very many female human characters in Middle-earth except Eowyn and I guess Nienor (and given her tragedy I wouldn’t wanna switch bodies with her).

Yeah Tolkien doesn’t have many female characters but all of them are badass (Galadriel, Arwen, Luthien, Eowyn, etc).

What they lack, they make up for with awesomeness.

In the novels, Arwen is hardly a bad ass character - her contributions to the story are pretty much nonexistent.
Éowyn, on the other hand, is possibly my favourite character in the franchisee. Her comment on the nature of strife - and how even the innocent might be drawn into conflict by the actions of aggressors - is one of the most intelligent lines in the entire series, perfectly encapsulating a thesis of Tolkien.
‘It needs but one foe to breed a war, not two, Master Warden,' answered Éowyn. 'And those who have not swords can still die upon them.’ - The Return of the King, Houses of Healing.
More on her in a second.
The language of Middle Earth is called Westron, and is represented by English. Rohirric is an archaic, predecessor language to Westron, much as Old English is an archaic, predecessor language to Modern English.
Since Westron is represented by Modern English, Tolkien decided the representation of Westron’s archaic form should thusly be an archaic of the language representing Westron. As such, whenever you see Rohirric in the novels, you are just seeing Old English.
Back to Éowyn.
When Éowyn takes on the guide of a Rider, she chooses the name Dernhelm. Tolkien created this name much the same way many of us create names for D&D NPCs - he took a phrase describing the character, “secret protector”, then translated it into another language, Rohirric/Old English (dern = secret; helm = protector).

Yeah true, Arwen was kind of useless in the books.
The way is shut.

Life Pill - Thorin Oakenshield. Y'know, just so I don't have to take the sacrifice pill instead. And because he's flippin' awesome.
Travel Pill - The Lonely Mountain, after the Battle of the Five Armies. I'd give this to Thorin so he could surprise the others by being not dead.
