It was a normal day, when Eldrin Adbella, the silver haired immortal wood elf of the Grashtock forest used plane shift to go visit some friends. Yet instead of going where he intended, he and Gra, his drake companion, found themselves in front of a tavern. A quick listen, and they heard the sounds of patrons coming form inside, and so he opened the door. He decided it would be best to get the lay of the land, if he headed inside and ordered some food and drink. Making his way in, he and Gra did their best to avoid the other patrons, many of wich looked like adventurers. Oh, how he missed those days, traveling with his friends, he wondered if they were curious of where he had gone. When he reached the bar, he decided to order a plate of waffles, and a mug of fire ale, and sat down at a table, far enough away from people that Gra would not be a threat.He kept all of his equipment on as he waited for his food. Keeping an eye on everyone, just in case someone wanted to start any trouble with him.

Peering around the room, Eldrin spots the eyes of a stranger, watching gar closely. Activating his telepathic abilities, he decides to make first contact, to see if they are friend or foe. As he does this he stares directly at the stranger.
"Hello there, young one. If you are worried about Gar, he doesn't bite, unless we are threatened. My name is Eldrin Adbella, please tell me your name. From what I have seen, you appear to have a better idea of this place than I, so I must ask. Where are we?"
