 *Uhhh... I think it's Undying since I think Liches are just Humans that achieved immortality. But either could work.*

In response to 1) Rubies feels power flow through her veins, and she suddenly finds herself standing outside the door that leads to the place where she was before.

 Where Deryk waves as if everything is normal, he won't find out about what happened. His connections are good, but not that good.

Rubies will wave back seeming to have fallen out of the slump she was in. "Sorry if I'm late." She runs back to the kitchen and begins helping cleaning the areas/making food/etc.

*I'm just gonna go with undying because, I don't think there should be much difference between the two and your Lich point makes more sense :)*
