We don't yet have the concept art sheet but we have this.
Also Tiamat
And here is a copper dragon art with many dragon babies
And a screen grab of a Brass Dragon
I saw the copper dragon, it looks so happy
also didn’t see Tiamat, but that’s awesome! And that’s what the brass dragon looks like, heard it was shown off in the spells video but I missed it.
Yes, overall I really love the new redesigns I've seen, but I want to see a full picture of the white dragon redesign because they are my favorite dragon.

Yeah, white dragons are great. The first dragon in any of my games ever was the young white dragon Cryovain, scourge of The Icespire. Based on the copper dragon picture, the white dragons seem to be a bit bulkier and with giant mouths, but thats just a baby so it might just be cartoon proportions at work.
as a celebration for the cool new dragons, I think I’m gonna try making some cool dragon npcs, one for each type.

If you look at the third one, the kids a) drew warriors on the wall, and b) have either a skeleton or warforged in their hoard. There is also a unicorn, so buddy takes care of things other then dragon.

Oh, and the green wyrmling is reading music, the white dragon is playing with a cat and dog, and the gold wyrmling has a little mouse. It’s so expressive.

There also is the white dragon head in the Tiamat picture. Gives off a yeti theme to me, which makes sense considering white dragons are associated with cold.

Hello! I am a perfectly sane gibberer. Hi! :D
Locations are dead, the Temple of Potassium has fallen but its ideals live on
Anyone else watch the new dragon designs? Was hoping it’d be a bit longer like the class videos, but i still think it was pretty cool. It did two things I was hoping: showed they were making dragons more unique in their art and lore, as well as (probably) making them have unique statblocks instead of the original, minimal variation ones in original 5e. My main reason for thinking this is they mentioned Gold Dragons, in combat, could coil around Red Dragons and drown them, leading me to believe they will have a new coil attack with their new forms. And I’m guessing this will carry over to the other 9 dragons as well.
MY GOD THAT SOUNDS AMAZING
Yep! Gold dragons are very serpentine now, and green dragons resemble looooong cobras with legs
oh and also black dragons slowly lose the skin on their face, so they have exposed skulls.
What about red dragons?
Red dragons are generally the same, staying as the sort of traditional D&d dragons. But they got… a bit bigger.
like, quite a bit bigger. Check out the art for them and you’ll see what I mean.
also, silver dragons are a lot bulkier than they used to be and a lot shinier, their art is awesome too.
I love all the new designs we have see so far!

Ooohoho I didn’t see the bronze one yet, that’s awesome. In one of the green dragon sketches it mentions the orange patterns on its hood (it has a hood now!) and its wings that it uses to threaten people! I love the multicolored dragons now, instead of just being one color. Black dragons also look super cool with the horns and skull faces.

Any thoughts if we'll finish the Efreeti or Widow? Just thinking in terms of editing those character sheets back to a base level.
I'd love to finish those fights, but I've already taken those characters out the campaigns. I just thought that due to lack of posting you guys might've forgotten about them.

I'm a warlock of the Archcrone, and my patron is TheFriendlyArchfey. I was nicknamed AchatesCervus8337 by VitusW and given the titles "Swashbuckling Scorcher", "The Unpredictable Jedi", "Burning Fury of the Ancients", and "Combustion Knight" by DrummerBoyDragonSlayer.

Fair, especially since I think it's been a week or two by now.
I'll probably clean up the Widow ones. And keep the Efreeti ready if Arch has time.

So, all red dragons are Smaug now.
I mean, they all were a lot like Smaug already. Besides the body and number of limbs, Smaug has two legs and two wings, while red dragons have four legs. But they do fill the same sort of niche as Smaug.
