I loved my character for that. Cursebutcher was one of my favorites.
Yeah, Cursebutcher’s concept and backstory is awesome. I had a whole plan for all of the character’s backstories to be connected and it was gonna be awesome… sad it never came to fruition.
I remember I gave him one of those arrow-attracting shield things. It was really cool.
Yeah it was awesome, super flavorful for your character too. was planning on having his sort of patron, the moonlit king, be a really active part of the campaign, I was super happy with all of the backstories everyone gave me because i knew how to involve them in the story all somehow, it was just so fun to do, even if we never really did much.

I think that if I somehow managed to schedule myself a part of every day or something to run a campaign, then I think I probably could. And I’m feeling like running some Ebon tides adventures right now, like Oak, Road, And Stone, my original Ebon tide adventure. I have that book as a physical copy and was just reminded now they’re adding it to ddb.

Green dragons were just revealed by a small YouTuber, and it’s the best! No legendary actions, just three reactions per turn, more health, more resistance, and green dragons have longer reach attacks, high charisma, a terrifying built in spell list (at will charm monster) and they can cast spells as part of their multiattack. It’s awesome.
And its reactions are unique! It has a charm reaction, a miasma reaction that does poison in a 30 foot sphere, and then a rend attack. (No more claws or bites, just rend!)
I think it’s probably just because it’s easier to keep track of if it only has one main attack for its multiattack. Also it has a pretty fun spell list.
