Here's my homebrew subclass so far. Any suggestions or final feature ideas? (I'm just now realizing I might have to switch the first two features around, for example, because the first seems really powerful for its level with a 4th-level spell at level 1.)
The Mad Gibber is a perfectly sane eldritch being. For the low, low price of your soul, a firstborn child and a liver, you can become his warlock and gain power never seen before!
Expanded Spell List
1st. Comprehend Languages, Hideous Laughter
2nd. Magic Mouth, See Invisiblity
3rd. Clairvoyance, Sending
4th. Arcane Eye, Confusion
5th. Arcane Hand (flavored as a tendril of flesh), Mislead
Maddening Cacophany
Starting at 1st level when you select this subclass, you can invoke the the perfectly sane gibbering of your patron and use it to drive those around you to insanity.
You can use an action to have a flurry of gibbering maws appear around you for 1 minute. Any creature other then you that starts its turn within 10 feet of you must make a Wisdom save against your spell save DC. On a failure, it falls under the effects of the confusion spell until the maws disappear.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to half of your proficiency bonus. You regain all uses after a short or long rest.
At 6th level, the range increases to 20 feet. At 10th level, you can specify certain creatures when you summon the maws to gain advantage on the Wisdom save. At 14th level, the range increases to 25 feet.
Endless Eyes and Maws
You can summon the power of the eyes and mouths your patron is made of.
You gain the ability to perfectly imitate voices you've heard. A creature can see through the voices with an Insight check with a DC equal to your spell save DC. Additionally, you can make your voice seem to come from somewhere within 60 feet of you instead of from you.
Additionally, you can use an action to gain truesight within a number of feet equal to your level times 5 for 1 minute. You can use this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and then you cannot use it again until you take a short or long rest.
Alter Time and Space
Your patron has power over time and space itself, via a realm known as the Nexus, where timelines merge into one central hub. Starting at 6th level, you can use this power to your advantage.
You have a number of charges equal to your proficiency bonus. You can use an action to create one of the following effects:
Time: You slow time for all but yourself. You gain 10 extra movement speed, and gain advantage on Dexterity saving throws, both until the start of your next turn.
Space: You swap place with one creature within 60 feet of you, or you swap two other creatures within 60 feet of you with each other.

Yeah, being able to essentially cast confusion twice at the first level is pretty strong and no offense, but from a game design standpoint, it lacks a niche and it’s flavor is all over the place

Yeah, I'll probably change it to another level for balancing.
For the second point, a lot of the features are themed around buffing you and debuffing enemies, especially disorientation. And the flavor is a lot of eyes and mouths and eventually flesh tendrils that do stuff (which is for obvious reasons), and then Alter Space and Time because that's another thing I can do.

Only one of them actually does anything disorienting, the first one. The other one is just a decent QOL buff and the last one is just… alright. Like the buffs are good, but spending an entire action to swap the position with someone isn’t all that helpful most of the time. Also no offense, the whole disorientation thing was already done by the archfey subclass

Just thinking that high in the stats means you can use your feats on Tough, etc. And you're one-shotting anything you hit.
