I was at a party and there was a game of truth or dare, and the truth was to give your honest opinion on everyone in the room (each player had to do it) and I got positive responses, which really made me have better self esteem. Sometimes after a long time without someone just reassuring you you’re not a loser you kinda end up thinking you are one. You’re pretty cool yourself
