Looking in the mirror of my mind Turning the pages of my life Walking the path so many paced a million times Drown out the voices in the air Leaving the ones that never cared Picking the pieces up and building to the sky
Hi there! My name's Elk. I'm NoiSilverheart's doppelgänger. I'm a demi/grayromantic, socially awkward Okie who may or may not be a pyromaniac. *random confetti blast*
I'm a warlock of the Archcrone, and my patron is TheFriendlyArchfey. I was nicknamed AchatesCervus8337 by VitusW and given the titles "Swashbuckling Scorcher", "The Unpredictable Jedi", "Burning Fury of the Ancients", and "Combustion Knight" by DrummerBoyDragonSlayer.
Baked parmesan chicken for dinner. Don't think the breasts I used were as big as usual though since I only got six pieces out of them as opposed to the usual 8-10 or so. But on the flip side that works out well with the upcoming planned meals and keeping freezer space under control.
Also got some half-and-half on sale at the store that'll be used for some more egg bake.
I also decided to try making pumpkin pie for a Friendsgiving at my church tomorrow. And going to do kolaczki for it tomorrow too.
Plus I was able to do some kitchen cleaning.
How are things for y'all?
Good. Learning guitar, I had a lock recently (not religious) but not too much

I have made a huge homebrew setting that I am still working on putting here in DDB. Please give me feedback, I want to know all of what I am doing wrong, and what I am doing right. The thread is a huge work in progress, so everything in it from content to layout is subject to change. Please check this forum:Welcome to Zionderia
Also I have a fun thread that explores an idea about dreams based off the movie Inception. I still need to add the link but stay tuned.

this just seems like a way to get a lot of attention; if there's a forum, there is, without fail, last comment wins

What…? I’m not quite sure I’m following everything you’re saying
just an observation, but on other sites' forums there's almost always something like this

hello! I need some writing/story advice. you see, I'm writing a thing and I'm a sucker for the parent/adopted kid trope, especially if the kid's not used to being cared for and slowly warms up to affection. But, in this case, I don't know how to make the characters encounter each other. The mentor figure is a 28-year-old hedgewitch who gives potions to the townspeople and grows produce to sell at the market. She's not a big fan of relationships after being screwed over when she was young and is single by choice (and because she lives alone in a cottage in the woods). Meanwhile, the kid is Felicity, a character I've played here before and I wanted to give her a good ending to her story. A witch adopting a zombie child? Adorable. But Felicity avoids people if she can because she's terrified of what they might do to her as an undead, and she is even more adverse to accepting help. Somehow it got drummed into her little head that attention and care spent on her are wasted because she's already dead and all.
So how do I start the story? I'm stumped

I'm fry, and I make doodles. That's why they call me FRY DOODLES. Also no pressure but check out my YouTube channel (Fry Doodles) I'm a disabled, neurodivergent, artsy dumpster fire who's always open to chat. I'm a sensitive little sad bean, and somewhat of a clown. But, I'm also god's favorite princess and the most interesting girl in the world. first, figure out the personalities of your characters, from there figure out what situations they go through regularly, if there's no way to make them meet reasonably, eg, too separated lifestyles, make an event that brings them together. I'm making a story, my main character meets his friends after he falls from the sky in a secluded corner of a continent. I don't know what you're looking for in your story, but expound upon a prominent detail, maybe her being a zombie started a panic that pushed the characters together
