I share your texture issues with beans, but I love mash potatoes. Stuffing is my favorite Thanksgiving food however.

I don’t like stuffing. I think gluten free stuffing just isn’t the same however and that’s why. Gluten free bread is something that is truly different
And I also basically puke anytime I eat:
1. Anything slimy.
2. Anything mushy.
3. Anything that has "roasted" in its name and is a vegetable.
So I'm fine with (most) of my veggies and nutritional stuff, but they have to eat them uncooked and not mushy.
