Do you mind if get y’all’s opinion on my homebrew religion?
What is it?
It’s basically every object has a soul. Animals, plants, and everything else you can think of. However, for objects that can’t move on their own, ie everything that isn’t an animal, they have a divine form to express themselves, though most can’t manifest. The larger an object, the stronger the divine form.
This leads to three upper divinities. The soul of the Sun, soul of the Moon, and the soul of the Earth/Wilds. They are called different names across the world, but they are basically the same throughout.
Small detail too. If multiple objects are put together, their divine souls fuse to become singular and stronger. That includes tools, buildings, clothing, etc. This leads to the creation of local divinities, who are tied to a city or village and is worshipped primarily there.

I think making a god of magic is a good idea. Kind of like how Mystra embodies the essence of magic in the Forgotten Realms setting.

*begins to glow with an eerie red light, then sprouts six angelic wings, also causing hundreds of eyes to open across my body* Good, good. I have just finished a series called Arcane on Netflix. I highly recommend it.

I dreamt there was a little kitchen in the basement that I had forgotten about. Started as a microwave. Then a tiny nook. And eventually became a three oven major workspace with a section of a granite countertops where I'd be able to roll out dough and have multiple ovens going at once.
