This sprig of mistletoe, while hung above the threshold of a door within ten days prior to midwinter's day, will cause a creature within 15 feet that is romantically attracted to another creature within 15 feet of the mistletoe to be charmed and attempt to kiss the other creature, unless it succeeds on a DC 14 Charisma saving throw. Creatures can willingly fail. The charmed creature makes a suitable unarmed strike, or Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) check contested by the other creature's AC Insight. On a success the other creature is kissed and must succeed on a DC 20 Charisma saving throw or become charmed and continue kissing. Either creature that is kissing may then attempt a DC 20 Charisma saving throw to stop kissing on each of their turns, ending the kiss and the effect on a success. Otherwise, the creatures continue kissing for ten minutes, until roused by another creature, until they take damage, until the effect is dispelled by a spell such as dispel magic, or until one receives the benefits of a spell or ability that removes magical effects such as lesser restoration.
Once two creatures have kissed under the mistletoe, they are immune to the effects of the enchanting mistletoe for 24 hours.

wanna short paragraph about my character over at Universe Smörgåsbord? No? Too bad!
Locust wields a dark scythe glowing a green hue and a dark shortsword with an ornate silver skull hilt coated in poison (described in more detail in link) and it's most used form has pale,skin tight against its skeletal bone, and has a large beak and hollow sockets where eyes should be, reminiscent of a plague doctor. Over this is dark gray and black robes, as well as a fancy black fedora. Locust is vaguely human looking in their chosen form, but that's just so as to not terrify all who see it. It is sometimes viewed as evil, but is not, it’s only doing its duty. Locust is a Neutral Great One, and is the Greater Will of plague, pests and famine. It commonly works with the Butcher of Gods to get food, as it can only eat bones, which it finds delicious, it gives him the body to carve and eat while it still gets the bones. Its creations are currently rats and locusts. There are a few reasons it spreads Plagues, the first one being that it believes that it has these gifts for a reason and that sickness is important to the world, another reason is that each person who dies from one of the plagues grants it power, whether it be because they starved from locusts eating their crops, or died from one of it’s illnesses, each death grants it power, which it can use to infect more and become more power, looping it’s cycle until it can do anything it wishes.
