Really the only way they could be stronger is if
They had all 16 Shards, but I felt sending up LITERAL GOD was a bit unfair, even if LITERAL GOD did get killed in-world. But I suppose one problem would be finding 28935170 people to stab with Hemalurgic spikes to charge them.
To explain basically, the original LITERAL GOD, Adonalsium, may or may not have created the universe it's unclear, but they probably made humanity and dragons. Then, 16 people teamed up to kill them (one of whom was a dragon so that's cool), using the 4 dawnshards... somehow. They each got a 1/16 of their power, becoming the Shards.
This is naturally, a hypothetical situation with my combatant, no one this OP has ever appeared, or likely will ever appear. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask
