Yup. I got my wisdom teeth removed. Don't worry, I totally wasn't awake for the entire process.
I was awake when I got mine removed
Mine were impacted, and at least one was infected. It took like an hour, so I wanted the IV sedation.
Wasn't that situation when I had mine out, but did the sedation too. The three things I remember most from that day
1. They'd walked me from the room they did it to another room afterwards, which I couldn't recall, and knowing how I felt like I definitely couldn't walk I was confused as to how I got in that second room which made my mother chuckle.
2. I was tired and sitting on a bed they had but was told I couldn't sleep which made me kind of think they were jerks.
3. I didn't watch to watch a comedy show back home being laughing hurt.

I'm actually pretty much good already. The numbness is the main problem I'm dealing with, as well as a limited menu to select from (I can't chew because of the former problem).
I can't eat anything. I don't want ice cream or scrambled eggs, and those are pretty much the only options I have. No soup, no salad. My family was just eating bacon cheeseburgers a minute ago, and my brother laughed at me for cutting up a banana real small with a fork and eating it with syrup.
And don't come at me with "I/this group have/has it so much worse." You can be sympathetic, but don't try and one-up me here, I'm not in the mood.
