I'd recommeng boosting your CHA. You've got Eldritch Blast. Command is a save/suck. Those benefit from having higher attack rolls or save DCs. Should at least swap the STR for CHA. Probably go for the INT to CHA so that you also have the option of taking a half-feat at lv4 to boost your mod.
