Clogs of the Crocodile. +1 AC (enemies are jelly of your swag ajd distracted), advantage on Persuasion (people notice your drip). And either a swim speed or think of something with comfort like +1/2 hp per spent hit die. Consider attunement.
Heely's. +10ft when moving in a straight line on a flat surface. (Rolling with swag.) Advantage on a saving throw against ongoing charmed or frightened once per long rest. (Escape your feelies.)
Toe Shoes. Maybe better stealth? Or something. Think on this.

2. Tavern idea! Steampunk civilization on a series of floating islands powered by rockets. The world below has been ravaged by some sort of apocalyptic event, and is now a dangerous and scorched environment. So people used their technology they had designed, took to the skies and settled there. The tavern would take place on one of the floating islands.
