It annoys me more than it should that you took the Weapon Master feat instead of staying with simple weapons, while relying on spells. At least go for moderately armored, boosting your AC through medium armor + shield.

Doesn't look like it needs proficiency to be attuned to. And the big draw I'm guessing is the extra spells? I don't see the 10d4 lightning damage from the jewels as being listed as part of the attack either.

Ok, that's it. I'm the Lord of Space and Time and a cosmic horror, so I have higher authority then everyone here.
I rule that all charges on himy are dropped, Agate owes me his liver, Arch gets to keep Agate's soul and his firstborn as well as the magic items, Agate must find me somebody else's soul and firstborn (it cannot be found from me or himy), and Vitus and Jobah are put under permanent arrest (Vitus is placed in the shadow realm, since he is a cosmic horror of Gen alpha slang he needs further containment). Himy is granted 20 levels (replace any extra levels with epic booms). I can add any additional verdicts when I wish, and anyone who attempts to overrule me or challenge me will be consumed by insanity and chaos and be resurrected as a gibbering mother.
Also, this conversation made me think of a funny addition to the Nine Hells- an additional layer, or a sub-layer, specifically a court. In it, mortals could sue devils for illegal deals (they'd have an entire system), although the judge most often rules it in the devil's favor.
