Wondrous item, very rare, requires attunement
This silvery gauntlet has flowing patterns that constantly change and move like waves on the sea. When used, the gauntlet shifts between its base form, then to a greatsword, then plate armor, then a metal flask, and back to a gauntlet again. Each form has the following magical effects:
Gauntlet: While wearing this gauntlet, it hones and refines your movements. Your Dexterity becomes 16, if it isn't higher already, and you may add half your proficiency bonus to dexterity(sleight of hand) checks and ability checks using tools you make that don't already include your proficiency bonus. After you make one of these checks, whether you gain the bonus or not, the gauntlet shifts to a greatsword
Greatsword: As this item shifts, all items you are holding in your hands are magically stowed back elsewhere on your person, and this sword binds to your fingertips. You cannot sheathe the sword, drop it, or otherwise be disarmed while the gauntlet is in sword form. This weapon is a +2 greatsword, and deals double damage to objects and structures or creatures made of inorganic material like wood or stone. When you score a critical hit with this sword, the target takes an additional 3d6 force damage, then the sword shifts into its plate armor form at the end of the current turn.
Plate Armor: As this item shifts, all other armor you are wearing falls of and is dropped into the nearest unoccupied space, and this armor binds to your skin and clothing. While in this form, the armor cannot be doffed. This armor is +2 plate, and while you are wearing it, your dexterity becomes 6, if it isnt lower already. As a reaction you can reduce all damage you take from a single damage roll to 0. At the end of the current turn after taking this reaction, the armor shifts into its flask form.
Flask: This flask is filled with a vile-smelling green-brown liquid. You can drink the contents as an action. When you do, you regain 10d6+10 HP, and become poisoned for the next minute. While poisoned this way, you have advantage on wisdom saving throws. After this poisoned effect ends, the flask shifts into gauntlet form

I'm trying to make an OP for my thread but I have no clue how to write it. I have the ideas, it's not writer's block or anything, I just have no (gp)ing clue how to organize it and I don't know why. I've made taverns before, but my brain isn't braining this time. Any tips?

Particularly if the summoned bros also get Summon Bros.
25% of no bros.
25% chance of 1 bro.
But in the situation you get 2 bros, the odds of a Bro Summoning chain start to get very real.
Only a 12.5% chance it ends right then and there.
But also 12.5% chance you now have 4 more bros summoned. And 4 bros is a 1/4^4 chance of ending the bros. With no more.
With 3 bros you're already looking at 1/64 chance of stopping more bros.
So you can easily get a rizzy army going.
