I have signed up for 4 websites/apps for musicians looking for other musicians, I have emailed both my high school and college music department directors (i do running start, college classes during high school), and I'm about to go to just about every music store in a 10 mile radius to look at notice boards and maybe put up some ads

Ah that's unfortunate, have you ever considered lessons though? Then you'd be learning how to play and have the space and noise available. If it's something you are very interested in, I'd say look for your nearest music store and call them about lessons or go to their website

With 30 options for dragonborn, 20 additional options total, this is one of the biggest projects I've ever undertaken. And I'm not even done... I still have Resistance and Breath weapons traits to do. I kept the ability score increases so that people would still be able to use this in 2014 rules.
