I was the shadow of the waxwing slain By the false azure in the windowpane; I was the smudge of ashen fluff--and I Lived on, flew on, in the reflected sky. extended sig
well, basically you just eat a lot of food. The history behind it is that the pilgrims had a meal with some wampanog natives a long time ago, so today we all eat a ton of food in reminiscence of that. and its like "oh look we were so peaceful and coexist" ... and then fast forward and the settlers killed everyone and stole their land. The entire history is mostly just colonist propaganda, its the classic "America are the hero's and kind to everyone" narrative
To be clear not everyone American is endorsing the colonists, but the average person probably is (specifically older people, and republicans)

Yo, I’m Himy, He/Him. I enjoy reading books, understanding why and how things work, anime/manga, video games and obviously, TTRPGS. I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I like to think Im close. I’m good at trivia, history and science
I struggle with empathy. If you’re not sure what I mean by that, it basically means it’s hard for me to understand the mental state of others and respond with the right emotions

Since the fey are inscrutable have there be a conflict over something incomprehensible to logic.
Like a generations-long blood feud over an acorn. Not because it has any power or anything or high gp value. But just because there's a pixie that wants *that* acorn and sprite that doesn't want to let them have it.
