A meld is formed from the faded souls of mortals—husks whose memories have been consumed by Dolurrh. These husks are typically harmless, but sometimes an aggressive nucleus gathers other husks, forming a deadly gestalt. In essence, a meld is a fusion of half-formed ghosts; it has an amorphous shape, with vague faces and limbs projecting from the mass, then being consumed once more. It makes no…

Mining in the Graywall Mountains is a dangerous occupation. Accounts from ancient Dhakaan warn of the gantii’kaas, the “hungry hands” of the mountains. On the surface, these tales can be taken as a warning to use care, so as to not trigger an avalanche or collapse a tunnel. But the truth is there beneath the words; there are spirits in the stone, guardians who can grant good fortune to a miner…

Belcorra’s gladiators spent their leisure time in this room. The preserved monster…
The intact standing stones are made of granite and reach 15 feet tall. They are stable and sturdy enough to stand on their own. A stone can be pushed over with a DC 25 Strength (Athletics) check or by an equivalent force. This inflicts 4d6 Bludgeoning damage on any creatures beneath it unless they succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity (Acrobatics) saving throw. However, such an action greatly angers…
Initially, a cultist only listens to the whispers of the Stone. But as their power and devotion grows, the Stone moves through them, and they can speak with its voice. When a Stone Speaker uses Eldritch Bolt, they shout in Deep Speech and the words themselves become deadly bolts of force and stone—or they can cast Charm Person or Dissonant Whispers, and their words burrow into the minds of…
When a cult of Orlassk takes root, the humanoid members of the cult often hear voices in the stone they work with. Festris is obsessed with experimentation and feels no remorse for…
